Harvard is allowing a banned student group to rebrand itself and continue pushing false claims about Israel on campus.
In 2024 and again in 2025, Harvard took the right step by disciplining the Palestine Solidarity Committee (PSC) for blatant policy violations during anti-Israel protests. But now, that same group is back—operating under new names like “harvardmedstudents4pal” and hosting events that accuse Israel of genocide and apartheid.

This is more than academic dishonesty. It’s a violation of Harvard’s own standards and a threat to Jewish students’ safety.
The “January Speaker Series,” organized by PSC’s successor groups, falsely accused Israel of genocide in Gaza – a claim rejected by legal scholars and military experts
These events also peddled the apartheid lie, ignoring the reality that more than 2 million Arab citizens of Israel have full rights, vote in elections, and serve in government, law, and medicine.
Harvard knows these groups are linked. They share leaders, members, and goals.
Letting them operate under new names is a dangerous loophole. It violates Harvard’s 2024 resolution with the U.S. Department of Education, which promised to combat antisemitism and enforce policies fairly.
Academic freedom does not mean freedom to lie, launder propaganda, or endanger students.
Harvard must not be a megaphone for Hamas-aligned narratives disguised as scholarship.
