The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps declared that its response would arrive 'before dawn tomorrow.'

At the center of the deployment was the laser system, designed to intercept short-range rockets and unmanned aerial vehicles at a significantly lower cost than traditional missile-based defenses.

'We have enough interceptors for all of our defense systems,' Israeli officials said.
