TechSee, an Israeli company specializing in visual artificial intelligence for customer and field service, has announced a new partnership with BrightContact, a Netherlands-based firm focused on next-generation contact center solutions.
The collaboration will make TechSee’s Sophie AI platform available to BrightContact’s clients, offering real-time visual engagement designed to improve customer service.
The partnership aims to help service organizations cut costs and enhance satisfaction by using AI-powered tools for problem-solving and automation.
Customers will be able to access visual flows and remote diagnostics, giving agents more information to resolve issues quickly and accurately.

BrightContact will incorporate TechSee’s Sophie AI into its digital transformation programs for enterprise clients.
The technology is designed to reduce average handle time, increase first-contact resolution, and create frictionless experiences without requiring customers to download apps.
The system can capture data automatically, sync with customer relationship management software, and provide seamless transitions between automated and human-assisted support.
Wim van der Hulst of BrightContact said the collaboration will bring significant benefits to industries where visual information is critical.
