The U.S. House has already passed the Educational Choice for Children Act (ECCA), a groundbreaking bill that allocates $5 billion annually in federal tax credits to fund scholarships for non-public schools, including Jewish day schools and yeshivot.
Now the bill awaits action in the Senate. If passed and strengthened, this legislation would be transformative for countless Jewish families who face the crushing financial burden of tuition.
