We can no longer allow courts, schools or public institutions to claim “confusion” on this issue.
In the recent StandWithUs case against MIT, a federal judge actually ruled that since “the Jewish community does not have a consensus” that antizionism is hate, he couldn’t recognize the harm.
That ambiguity is deadly.
Antizionism meets every criteria of a hate movement: it assigns collective guilt to Jews, promotes disinformation, normalizes exclusion and violence, and denies Jews their indigeneity and right to self-determination.
Enough is enough. We must end the fragmentation that weakens our ability to defend Jewish rights. This declaration unites individuals and organizations to confront antizionism in every sphere: schools, media, HR departments, courts, and public discourse.
Every endorsement matters—but organizational endorsements are critical.
They shape policy, shift public narratives, and ensure there is no doubt left: antizionism is not a debate—it’s hate.
