Israeli-born basketball player Deni Avdija has climbed the NBA ranks since being drafted, earning his first All-Star selection—the first ever for an Israeli—while averaging 25.5 points, 7.2 rebounds, and 6.7 assists this season with the Portland Trail Blazers.
