Kulanu MK Michael Oren, who was recently appointed as a deputy minister in charge of public diplomacy in the Israeli Prime Minister’s Office, reportedly said that 'Obama-ism' would not fade away, referring to Obama as being a symptom, not the cause, of shifting US foreign policy in the Middle East.

Member of Knesset Michael Oren said, "We are far behind in the battle for the State of Israel’s image. We must roll up our sleeves and fight in the international public diplomacy arena.”
