Israel is a key center for advanced chip development and AI infrastructure, with major technologies and systems being built by Israeli teams.

The breakthrough has helped data center operators avoid costly infrastructure expansions by making existing hardware far more efficient.

Already one of Israel’s largest employers with more than 5,000 Israelis on its payroll, the tech giant is expanding its operations and aiming to build a new northern hub that could pump billions into the economy.

Nvidia now employs more than 5,000 workers in Israel, nearly 15 percent of its total 36,000 global workforce, with 250 positions in the country currently open.

This move follows Nvidia’s recent purchase of another Israeli AI startup, Deci AI, which has also been integrated into the expanded development center.
