A video was released of Hamas hostage Matan Zangauker; the footage was recovered by the IDF and is believed to be a few months old. In the video, Matan sends love to his family and friends and encourages them to "make noise" for his release. 

Ilay David, brother of Evyatar David, a hostage whose emaciated image on a Hamas propaganda video caused outrage, said Hamas is playing a 'sick hunger game.'
