Nearly 19,000 Jews immigrated to Israel between April 20, 2025, and early April 2026, according to data released by the Ministry of Aliyah and Integration, reflecting continued arrivals during a period of war and regional tensions.
The ministry reported that a total of 18,696 immigrants came from 103 countries, with Russia, the United States, and France accounting for the largest numbers.
The figures include 11,216 families, alongside individuals spanning a range of ages, from young adults to seniors.
While Russia remained the leading country of origin, officials recorded increased immigration from Western countries, including France, the UK, and North America.
The rise in arrivals from these regions has been linked to growing antisemitism, according to the data.
Nearly half of the newcomers settled in Tel Aviv and the central region, continuing a trend of new immigrants concentrating in urban areas.
Jerusalem also attracted a significant number of arrivals, particularly from North America.
Separate figures show that around 4,100 immigrants from the US made aliyah in 2025, with many choosing to establish residence in Jerusalem.
The data reflects ongoing migration from North America alongside European and post-Soviet countries.
Despite the steady inflow, overall immigration declined compared with the previous year.
Reports indicate that 26,211 people immigrated to Israel in 2024, exceeding the total recorded in the most recent reporting period.
The ministry’s figures highlight both the geographic diversity of new arrivals and shifting patterns in countries of origin, with continued movement from traditional source countries alongside increased immigration from Western nations.
