Dozens of anti-Israel protesters gathered outside an Israeli real estate event at the Edgware Synagogue, where clashes later broke out with Jewish counter-protesters.

Palestinian protesters swarmed Edgware, London to protest a synagogue event. Local residents and Jews confronted them on the A41 to block their passage.
