Online Justice, an Israeli cyber intelligence company specializing in fund recovery, has introduced a video consultancy service designed to provide scam victims with direct access to experts before starting the recovery process.
The company said the feature is aimed at restoring trust for people who are often left wary and emotionally exhausted after falling prey to online fraud.
Through the service, clients can connect face-to-face with trained professionals, ask questions in real time, and review the steps of the recovery process.
Online Justice said this approach creates greater transparency and reassurance compared with anonymous online support channels.
“Many of the people who come to us have been through an emotionally exhausting experience,” company spokesperson Marcy Vaskin said in a press release. “The moment you get scammed, it becomes hard to trust anyone, even those trying to help. We introduced video consultancy to close that gap. Now, clients can speak face-to-face with a real expert before making a commitment. It gives them clarity, comfort, and the assurance that they are not just talking to another faceless support desk.”
Online Justice investigates a wide range of digital fraud, including cryptocurrency scams, investment fraud, phishing schemes, and fake remote job offers.
Its services rely on blockchain tracing, web intelligence, and digital forensics. Each case begins with a consultation, followed by evidence gathering, scammer identification, and mapping the digital trail.
The intelligence is then used to pursue legal steps, platform disputes, or direct recovery action.
The company also handles crypto-related cases through blockchain analysis and collaborates with third-party providers, including exchanges and hosting companies, to enhance investigations.
“Our job is not just about finding where the money went. It is about guiding people through a process that feels overwhelming and sometimes frightening,” Vaskin added. “We have seen every type of scam and handled hundreds of complex cases. We do not make promises we cannot keep. What we do instead is offer a serious, intelligent process that gives people real information and real options.”
Online Justice said the addition of video consultancy reflects its ongoing effort to combine advanced investigative methods with open, personal communication to better support scam victims.
