L’utilisation d’ambulances et d’\u00e9quipes m\u00e9dicales pour dissimuler des activit\u00e9s terroristes constitue une grave violation du droit international.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Par l’\u00e9quipe de Unis avec Isra\u00ebl<\/p>\n

Les Forces de d\u00e9fense isra\u00e9liennes (FDI) ont annonc\u00e9 avoir men\u00e9 une frappe dans la nuit contre une cellule terroriste du Hezbollah op\u00e9rant pr\u00e8s d’une ambulance dans le sud du Liban. Les terroristes \u00e9taient, semble-t-il, d\u00e9guis\u00e9s en ambulanciers.<\/p>\n

Selon les FDI, les terroristes utilisaient syst\u00e9matiquement des ambulances pour transporter des armes du nord au sud du Liban, dans le cadre d’activit\u00e9s terroristes visant les forces isra\u00e9liennes et le territoire isra\u00e9lien. La frappe a cibl\u00e9 des membres de la cellule qui se trouvaient \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 de l’ambulance au moment de l’incident.<\/p>\n

Des responsables isra\u00e9liens ont d\u00e9clar\u00e9 qu’au cours du seul mois pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent, des dizaines de roquettes avaient \u00e9t\u00e9 tir\u00e9es vers Isra\u00ebl et les FDI depuis des zones o\u00f9 les terroristes \u00e9taient actifs. Ils accusent le Hezbollah d’utiliser des ambulances et des infrastructures m\u00e9dicales pour appuyer ses op\u00e9rations militaires.<\/p>\n

L’utilisation d’ambulances et d’\u00e9quipes m\u00e9dicales pour dissimuler des activit\u00e9s terroristes constitue une grave violation du droit international, qui n’accorde une protection sp\u00e9ciale au personnel et aux v\u00e9hicules m\u00e9dicaux que tant qu’ils ne sont pas utilis\u00e9s \u00e0 des fins hostiles.<\/p>\n

Par ailleurs, les forces de Tsahal de la 401e brigade de combat ont poursuivi leurs op\u00e9rations au Sud-Liban, menant des raids contre les infrastructures terroristes du Hezbollah.<\/p>\n

Au cours de ces op\u00e9rations, les soldats ont localis\u00e9 des caches d’armes et d\u00e9truit plusieurs missiles antichars sophistiqu\u00e9s qui \u00e9taient destin\u00e9s \u00e0 \u00eatre lanc\u00e9s vers le territoire isra\u00e9lien. Ils ont \u00e9galement d\u00e9couvert des armes stock\u00e9es sous terre, qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9truites imm\u00e9diatement apr\u00e8s leur d\u00e9couverte.<\/p>\n

Ces op\u00e9rations interviennent alors que le Hezbollah continue de lancer des roquettes, des missiles et des drones contre les soldats et les civils isra\u00e9liens le long de la fronti\u00e8re nord depuis son entr\u00e9e en guerre aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s de l’Iran, ouvrant ainsi un second front contre Isra\u00ebl dans un contexte d’extension du conflit r\u00e9gional.<\/p>\n
