Face \u00e0 l’\u00e9volution des menaces au Moyen-Orient et en Afrique du Nord, les ministres isra\u00e9lien et marocain ont r\u00e9it\u00e9r\u00e9 l’importance d’une coop\u00e9ration bilat\u00e9rale renforc\u00e9e.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Par l’\u00e9quipe d’Unis avec Isra\u00ebl<\/em><\/p>\n

Le ministre de la D\u00e9fense Benny Gantz et S.E. Abdellatif Loudiyi, ministre marocain d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9 aupr\u00e8s du chef du gouvernement charg\u00e9 de la d\u00e9fense nationale, ont sign\u00e9 mercredi \u00e0 Rabat un protocole d’accord r\u00e9volutionnaire sur la d\u00e9fense.<\/p>\n

L’accord fournit un cadre solide qui formalise les relations de d\u00e9fense entre les pays et \u00e9tablit une base qui soutiendra toute future coop\u00e9ration. Il permettra aux \u00e9tablissements de d\u00e9fense des deux pays de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d’une coop\u00e9ration accrue dans les domaines du renseignement, de la collaboration industrielle, de la formation militaire, etc.<\/p>\n

L’accord constitue une \u00e9tape importante dans l’approfondissement des relations entre Isra\u00ebl et le Royaume du Maroc, qui b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient d\u00e9j\u00e0 d’une coop\u00e9ration \u00e9conomique accrue, d’un tourisme bilat\u00e9ral et de relations interpersonnelles chaleureuses.<\/p>\n

A l’issue de la c\u00e9r\u00e9monie de signature, les ministres ont eu une discussion fructueuse au cours de laquelle Gantz a exprim\u00e9 sa gratitude \u00e0 Sa Majest\u00e9 le Roi Mohammed VI et \u00e0 son h\u00f4te, le Ministre Loudiyi, pour avoir soutenu l’\u00e9largissement des liens entre les deux pays.<\/p>\n

Au vu de l’\u00e9volution des menaces au Moyen-Orient et en Afrique du Nord, les ministres ont r\u00e9affirm\u00e9 l’importance d’une coop\u00e9ration bilat\u00e9rale renforc\u00e9e. Gantz a \u00e9galement soulign\u00e9 le r\u00f4le important du Royaume du Maroc dans le maintien de la paix et de la stabilit\u00e9 r\u00e9gionales et a \u00e9voqu\u00e9 la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d’\u00e9tendre davantage la normalisation et les accords de paix \u00e0 de nouveaux partenaires.<\/p>\n

Jusqu’\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent, depuis la signature des accords d’Abraham, Isra\u00ebl a normalis\u00e9 ses relations avec les \u00c9mirats arabes unis, Bahre\u00efn, le Soudan et le Maroc.<\/p>\n

Plus t\u00f4t mercredi matin, Gantz a rendu hommage au mausol\u00e9e du roi Mohammed V. Il a d\u00e9pos\u00e9 une couronne de c\u00e9r\u00e9monie et \u00e9crit un message \u00e0 la nation marocaine dans le livre des visiteurs. Le message rend hommage \u00e0 la riche histoire, \u00e0 la culture et \u00e0 l’h\u00e9ritage du Maroc, et reconna\u00eet l’approfondissement des relations entre Isra\u00ebl et le royaume, selon un porte-parole du gouvernement isra\u00e9lien.<\/p>\n

\u00ab Nous venons de signer un protocole d’accord de coop\u00e9ration en mati\u00e8re de d\u00e9fense avec le Maroc. C’est une \u00e9volution tr\u00e8s importante, qui va nous permettre de travailler sur des projets communs et de favoriser les coop\u00e9rations industrielles. Les relations entre Isra\u00ebl et le Maroc doivent \u00eatre \u00e9largies et renforc\u00e9es<\/em> \u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Gantz.<\/p>\n

Selon la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration mondiale des juifs marocains, pr\u00e8s d’un million de juifs isra\u00e9liens sont marocains ou d’origine marocaine, ce qui en fait l’une des plus grandes communaut\u00e9s de l’\u00c9tat juif. Ils semblent tr\u00e8s heureux des liens tiss\u00e9s entre les deux pays.<\/p>\n
