La R\u00e9publique tch\u00e8que a sign\u00e9 un accord pour acheter un nouveau syst\u00e8me de d\u00e9fense a\u00e9rienne pour son arm\u00e9e au gouvernement isra\u00e9lien, a annonc\u00e9 mardi le minist\u00e8re de la D\u00e9fense.<\/p>\n

Le syst\u00e8me SPYDER, fabriqu\u00e9 par la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 d’\u00c9tat isra\u00e9lienne Rafael Advanced Defense Systems Ltd., est capable de fournir une protection contre les avions, les h\u00e9licopt\u00e8res, les bombardiers, les missiles de croisi\u00e8re et d’autres armes.<\/p>\n

Le minist\u00e8re de la D\u00e9fense a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que l’accord pour obtenir quatre batteries de d\u00e9fense a\u00e9rienne \u00e0 courte port\u00e9e avait co\u00fbt\u00e9 13,7 milliards de couronnes tch\u00e8ques (630 millions de dollars), la livraison devant \u00eatre achev\u00e9e d’ici 2026.<\/p>\n

Le ministre de la D\u00e9fense Lubomir Metnar a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que le syst\u00e8me isra\u00e9lien serait la cl\u00e9 de la modernisation en cours des forces arm\u00e9es tch\u00e8ques.<\/p>\n

Il remplacerait un syst\u00e8me antia\u00e9rien 2K12 KUB obsol\u00e8te de l’\u00e8re sovi\u00e9tique pour d\u00e9fendre les centres militaires et civils tels que les centres industriels, les centrales nucl\u00e9aires, les a\u00e9roports et d’autres installations importantes.<\/p>\n
