Si les \u00c9tats-Unis envisagent s\u00e9rieusement de rejoindre l’accord nucl\u00e9aire de 2015, \u00ab\u00a0alors une indication s\u00e9rieuse est n\u00e9cessaire\u00a0\u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 le ministre iranien des Affaires \u00e9trang\u00e8res.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Le ministre iranien des Affaires \u00e9trang\u00e8res, Hossein Amir-Abdollahain, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 samedi que la R\u00e9publique islamique avait demand\u00e9 aux \u00c9tats-Unis de d\u00e9geler \u00ab\u00a0au moin<\/em>s\u00a0\u00bb 10 milliards de dollars de fonds iraniens gel\u00e9s pour prouver qu’ils souhaitaient s\u00e9rieusement rejoindre le Plan d’action global conjoint de 2015.<\/p>\n

Dans une interview \u00e0 la t\u00e9l\u00e9vision d’\u00c9tat iranienne, Amir-Abdollahian a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que des responsables am\u00e9ricains avaient tent\u00e9 de contacter le gouvernement iranien le mois dernier lors de l’Assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale des Nations Unies \u00e0 New York au sujet de la reprise des pourparlers nucl\u00e9aires au point mort \u00e0 Vienne.<\/p>\n

\u00ab Les Am\u00e9ricains ont essay\u00e9 de nous contacter par divers canaux [\u00e0 l’UNGA] \u00e0 New York, et j’ai dit aux m\u00e9diateurs que si les intentions de l’Am\u00e9rique \u00e9taient s\u00e9rieuses, une indication s\u00e9rieuse \u00e9tait n\u00e9cessaire\u2026 en lib\u00e9rant au moins 10 milliards de dollars d’argent bloqu\u00e9<\/em> \u00bb, a-t-il d\u00e9clar\u00e9.<\/p>\n

\u00ab\u00a0Ils ne sont pas dispos\u00e9s \u00e0 lib\u00e9rer 10 milliards de dollars appartenant \u00e0 la nation iranienne afin que nous puissions dire qu’une fois au cours des derni\u00e8res d\u00e9cennies, les am\u00e9ricains ont consid\u00e9r\u00e9 les int\u00e9r\u00eats de la nation iranienne<\/em>\u00ab\u00a0, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Amir-Abdollahian.<\/p>\n

Le sixi\u00e8me cycle de n\u00e9gociations \u00e0 Vienne sur un \u00e9ventuel retour au JCPOA s’est termin\u00e9 en juin, et aucune date n’a encore \u00e9t\u00e9 fix\u00e9e pour un septi\u00e8me cycle de pourparlers. L’Iran a organis\u00e9 des \u00e9lections pr\u00e9sidentielles le 18 juin et a fait valoir qu’il avait besoin de plus de temps pour s’installer dans le nouveau gouvernement avant de reprendre les pourparlers nucl\u00e9aires.<\/p>\n

Le repr\u00e9sentant sp\u00e9cial des \u00c9tats-Unis en Iran, Robert Malley, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 \u00e0 Bloomberg TV dans une interview diffus\u00e9e le 3 septembre que m\u00eame si les \u00c9tats-Unis \u00e9taient pr\u00eats \u00e0 \u00eatre patients avec T\u00e9h\u00e9ran en ce qui concerne les n\u00e9gociations sur un retour au plan d’action global conjoint de 2015, ils ne pouvaient \u00ab\u00a0attendre \u00e9ternellement<\/em>\u00ab\u00a0.<\/p>\n

Malley a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que m\u00eame si la demande de plus de temps de l’Iran \u00e9tait compr\u00e9hensible, son programme nucl\u00e9aire qui progressait rapidement pourrait rendre des n\u00e9gociations suppl\u00e9mentaires inutiles.<\/p>\n

Amir-Abdollahian a r\u00e9it\u00e9r\u00e9 samedi que l’Iran reviendrait \u00ab bient\u00f4t<\/em> \u00bb aux pourparlers nucl\u00e9aires au point mort \u00e0 Vienne, mais a refus\u00e9 de donner une date.<\/p>\n
