Les Forces de d\u00e9fense isra\u00e9liennes (FDI) ont r\u00e9pondu \u00e0 la d\u00e9cision de la Cour P\u00e9nale Internationale (CPI), qui s’estime comp\u00e9tente sur les territoires de Cisjordanie (Jud\u00e9e et Samarie) et de Gaza.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

L’avis des juges (deux contre un) de la CPI ouvre la voie \u00e0 la Procureure G\u00e9n\u00e9rale de la Cour, Fatou Bensouda, pour pr\u00e9ciser son intention d’ouvrir une enqu\u00eate contre Isra\u00ebl pour \u00ab\u00a0crimes de guerre pr\u00e9sum\u00e9s<\/em>\u00ab\u00a0.<\/p>\n

\u00ab\u00a0Tsahal et le chef d’\u00e9tat-major regrettent la d\u00e9cision de la Cour P\u00e9nale Internationale (CPI)<\/em>\u00ab\u00a0, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 le porte-parole militaire dans un communiqu\u00e9. \u00ab\u00a0La position de l’Etat d’Isra\u00ebl est qu’il s’agit d’une d\u00e9cision partiale et pr\u00e9jug\u00e9e qui d\u00e9passe la comp\u00e9tence de la CPI<\/em>.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n

\u00ab\u00a0Tsahal a r\u00e9solument d\u00e9fendu et continuera de d\u00e9fendre la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 d’Isra\u00ebl et de ses citoyens face \u00e0 toutes les menaces, tout en adh\u00e9rant pleinement au Code d’\u00e9thique de Tsahal, aux valeurs de Tsahal et au droit national et international<\/em>.\u00a0\u00bb, ajoute le texte.<\/p>\n

\u00ab\u00a0Tsahal soutient et continuera de soutenir pleinement son service actif et ses soldats de r\u00e9serve, qui agissent avec courage et d\u00e9vouement pour sauvegarder et prot\u00e9ger l’\u00c9tat d’Isra\u00ebl et ses citoyens.<\/em><\/p>\n
