Le conseil de planification de l’administration civile se r\u00e9unira \u00e0 nouveau \u00e0 la fin de cette semaine et pourrait approuver encore davantage de maisons.<\/p>\n

Les approbations font suite \u00e0 une d\u00e9cision majeure de 2019 publi\u00e9e par le secr\u00e9taire d’\u00c9tat Mike Pompeo confirmant que les communaut\u00e9s juives de Jud\u00e9e et de Samarie ne sont pas \u00ab\u00a0ill\u00e9gales<\/em>\u00ab\u00a0, un terme bien connu de la propagande anti-isra\u00e9lienne , malgr\u00e9 le fait que des experts juridiques tels qu’Eugene Kontorovich aient prouv\u00e9 il n’y avait aucun pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent \u00e0 l’appui de pareille accusation.<\/p>\n

Selon les palestiniens,\u00a0 la Jud\u00e9e et la Samarie leur reviennent dans leur int\u00e9gralit\u00e9, malgr\u00e9 le fait qu’aucun Etat palestinien ind\u00e9pendant n’ait jamais exist\u00e9 \u00e0 travers l’histoire, et que la r\u00e9gion t\u00e9moigne d’une pr\u00e9sence juive depuis des mill\u00e9naires.
