Aux abords de J\u00e9rusalem, dans le Gush Etzion, l\u2019Autorit\u00e9 Palestinienne, utilisant des fonds fournis par l\u2019Union europ\u00e9enne, a construit un \u00abancien village palestinien\u00bb. <\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Par l’\u00e9quipe d’Unis avec Isra\u00ebl<\/em><\/p>\n

L\u2019Autorit\u00e9 Palestinienne (AP), avec le soutien du L\u2019Union Europ\u00e9enne (UE) a pris le contr\u00f4le d\u2019une zone strat\u00e9gique au c\u0153ur du bloc d\u2019Etzion, entre l\u2019autoroute J\u00e9rusalem-H\u00e9bron et le village juif de Neve Daniel.
\nNomm\u00e9 \u00abShoshkhalah<\/em>\u00bb, ce tout nouveau \u00abvillage\u00bb<\/em> a \u00e9t\u00e9 invent\u00e9 de toutes pi\u00e8ces au cours des deux derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es par les \u00ab\u00a0palestiniens\u00a0\u00bb tentant de cr\u00e9er des faits \u00abhistoriques\u00bb sur un terrain sur lequel ils n’existaient pas auparavant.<\/p>\n

Yishai Hemo, coordinatrice de terrain pour Regavim, une organisation qui pr\u00f4ne la responsabilit\u00e9 juridique pour l’utilisation des terres \u00e0 l’\u00e9chelle nationale et le r\u00e9tablissement de l’Etat de droit, a expliqu\u00e9 dans une vid\u00e9o, le processus de cr\u00e9ation de Shoshkhalah: \u00ab\u00a0Au cours des deux derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, des activistes de la ville arabe Al Khader, soutenus par le financement de l’Autorit\u00e9 Palestinienne et de l’Union Europ\u00e9enne, ont occup\u00e9 les ruines de Shomerot – structures primitives en pierre utilis\u00e9es par les bergers ou les agriculteurs de passage pour se prot\u00e9ger des \u00e9l\u00e9ments pendant les saisons changeantes qui ponctuent le paysage dans les r\u00e9gions de J\u00e9rusalem et du Sataf. Ils ont r\u00e9nov\u00e9 ces b\u00e2timents abandonn\u00e9s et les ont transform\u00e9s en habitations – et \u00e0 partir de ce moment-l\u00e0, de toutes nouvelles structures ont \u00e9t\u00e9 ajout\u00e9es dans les environs.<\/em> \u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n

Les b\u00e2timents r\u00e9nov\u00e9s arborent l’embl\u00e8me de l’Union Europ\u00e9enne. Des panneaux ont \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 install\u00e9s, d\u00e9crivant le site comme un ancien village.
\nLes photos a\u00e9riennes prouvent cependant que plus de 15 maisons ont \u00e9t\u00e9 construites dans cette r\u00e9gion au cours des deux derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es. Des photos a\u00e9riennes prises en 1967, ainsi que des cartes datant de 1880 confirment qu’il n\u2019ya jamais eu de r\u00e8glement dans cette zone. \u00ab\u00a0C\u2019est une autre phase du programme Autorit\u00e9 Palestinienne – Union Europ\u00e9enne visant \u00e0 prendre le contr\u00f4le de zones strat\u00e9giques\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, a poursuivi Hemo.
\n\u00ab\u00a0Nous ne connaissons que trop bien le programme – des constructions ill\u00e9gales dans la r\u00e9gion d\u2019Adumim , des accaparements de terres et des projets de construction tr\u00e8s d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s sur les terrains d’entra\u00eenement de Tsahal dans les collines de Hevron et du Gush Etzion, ainsi que de vastes travaux agricoles que l’Autorit\u00e9 Palestinienne effectue afin de s\u00e9curiser les propri\u00e9taires\u00a0\u00bb.
\nHemo poursuivit:\u00a0\u00bb Lorsque l\u2019\u00c9tat d\u2019Isra\u00ebl omet de r\u00e9glementer et d\u2019enregistrer les terres en Jud\u00e9e-Samarie, l\u2019Autorit\u00e9 palestinienne profite de l\u2019occasion pour saisir cette atterrir et l\u2019annexer, de facto, \u00e0 sa juridiction<\/em> \u00ab\u00a0.<\/p>\n
