Les politiciens allemands de tous les horizons peuvent s\u2019accorder sur un point: la campagne anti-isra\u00e9lienne BDS est par nature un acte antis\u00e9mite devant \u00eatre condamn\u00e9.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Une coalition de partis du centre, de droite et de gauche en Allemagne s’est form\u00e9e vendredi pour soutenir une motion parlementaire condamnant la campagne de BDS (boycott, d\u00e9sinvestissement et sanctions), qui vise \u00e0 couper tous liens commerciaux, politiques et culturels qu’entretiendrait la communaut\u00e9 internationale avec l’Etat d’Isra\u00ebl.<\/p>\n

La motion non contraignante intitul\u00e9e \u00ab R\u00e9sister au mouvement BDS – Lutter contre l’antis\u00e9mitisme<\/em> \u00bb, est l’initiative conjointe du parti social-d\u00e9mocrate SPD et du parti vert de gauche, du parti au pouvoir CDU, du parti FDP du centre et du parti conservateur CSU de droite, devant le Bundestag, le parlement f\u00e9d\u00e9ral du pays.
\nAu c\u0153ur du texte, il est affirm\u00e9 que le Bundestag s’oppose au mouvement BDS – qu’il d\u00e9finit comme \u00ab\u00a0antis\u00e9mite<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb – pour les m\u00eames raisons morales opposant le corps l\u00e9gislatif \u00e0 d’autres formes d’antis\u00e9mitisme.En pratique, la motion emp\u00eacherait les \u00ab\u00a0organisations qui s’expriment de mani\u00e8re antis\u00e9mite ou remettent en cause le droit d’Isra\u00ebl \u00e0 exister<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb d’utiliser \u00ab\u00a0des locaux ou des moyens administr\u00e9s par le Bundestag<\/em>\u00ab\u00a0.
\nLe gouvernement f\u00e9d\u00e9ral doit \u00e9galement s’opposer au BDS avec la m\u00eame d\u00e9termination, pr\u00e9cisant qu’aucune organisation pr\u00f4nant l’\u00e9limination d’Isra\u00ebl ou un boycott d’Isra\u00ebl ne devrait b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d’un financement public.<\/p>\n

Le journal allemand Der Tagesspiegel a rapport\u00e9 jeudi que l’impulsion Bijan Djir-Sarai et Frank M\u00fcller-Rosentritt, deux d\u00e9put\u00e9s du FDP, ont d\u00e9clar\u00e9: \u00ab\u00a0Cela n’a pas de rapport avec profil des diff\u00e9rents partis politiques<\/em>\u00ab\u00a0. \u00abIl \u00e9tait important de parvenir \u00e0 un accord entre les factions.\u00bb<\/em> Deux partis sont toutefois exclus des auteurs de la motion: le parti de gauche \u00e0 tendance communiste et le controvers\u00e9 parti AfD, dont les repr\u00e9sentants ont, \u00e0 plusieurs reprises, commis des actes racistes et antis\u00e9mites. Ces propos ont \u00e9t\u00e9 comment\u00e9s publiquement ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es par la communaut\u00e9 juive allemande et l’ambassade isra\u00e9lienne \u00e0 Berlin.<\/p>\n

Eva H\u00f6gl du SPD, parti de gauche, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 \u00e0 la m\u00eame d\u00e9p\u00eache que la motion refl\u00e9tait un consensus entre les partis d\u00e9mocratiques allemands sur la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de s’opposer fermement \u00e0 l’antis\u00e9mitisme. \u00abLes attitudes antis\u00e9mites ne doivent avoir aucune place en Allemagne<\/em>\u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 H\u00f6gl.
\n\u00abPendant des ann\u00e9es, le mouvement BDS a appel\u00e9 \u00e0 un boycott d’Isra\u00ebl en Allemagne et dans le monde entier, en utilisant des m\u00e9thodes antis\u00e9mites.<\/em>\u00bb<\/p>\n

La motion de vendredi s’inscrit dans une vague d’activit\u00e9s politiques contre BDS en Allemagne, dans le cadre d’un recul g\u00e9n\u00e9ral contre l\u2019antis\u00e9mitisme, en hausse.Le mois dernier, des membres du Bundestag et un commissaire r\u00e9gional de premier plan, charg\u00e9s de coordonner les efforts des autorit\u00e9s pour lutter contre l’antis\u00e9mitisme, ont demand\u00e9 \u00e0 la GLS Bank allemande, la banque d’investissement \u00e9thique la plus ancienne du pays, de fermer le compte en banque d’un groupe soutenant BDS, nomm\u00e9 \u00abvoix juive<\/em>\u00bb.<\/p>\n

L’un des plus grands mouvements de jeunesse politique d\u2019Allemagne, ver.di Jugend, a d\u00e9savou\u00e9 la campagne du BDS lors de sa conf\u00e9rence annuelle, d\u00e9clarant qu\u2019il condamnait le plaidoyer du BDS dans \u00able d\u00e9bat politique, culturel, \u00e9conomique et scientifique<\/em>\u00bb.<\/p>\n
