Dans le cadre du Jour comm\u00e9moratif de l’Holocauste qui aura lieu \u00e0 partir de ce mercredi soir, le Bureau Central de Statistiques d’Isra\u00ebl a publi\u00e9 des donn\u00e9es sur la population juive du monde et les survivants de l’Holocauste.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Selon le rapport publi\u00e9, la population juive dans son ensemble a atteint fin de 2017 un total de 14,6 millions d’habitants, un chiffre tr\u00e8s similaire \u00e0 celui des Juifs vivant en 1925 (14,8 millions), bien qu’il soit encore inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 celui de 1939, avant l’holocauste (16,6 millions).<\/p>\n

Par ailleurs, le rapport indique que 6,5 millions de Juifs vivent en Isra\u00ebl, environ 5,7 millions aux \u00c9tats-Unis, 453 000 en France, 391 000 au Canada, 290 000 au Royaume-Uni et 180 000 en Argentine. Le Bureau de Statistiques a \u00e9galement signal\u00e9 qu’\u00e0 la fin de 2017, il y avait eu 212 300 survivants de l’Holocauste en Isra\u00ebl, soit environ 8 000 de moins qu’\u00e0 la fin de 2016.
\nSelon un pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent rapport de cet organisme, seuls 29% des survivants ayant v\u00e9cu jusqu’\u00e0 la fin de 2016 resteront en vie en 2030.<\/p>\n
