L’Iran fait actuellement face \u00e0 une grave s\u00e9cheresse. Selon le g\u00e9n\u00e9ral Gholam Reza Jalali, elle serait le fruit d’une conspiration isra\u00e9lienne. L’arm\u00e9e a accus\u00e9 Isra\u00ebl de \u00ab\u00a0voler des nuages\u00a0\u00bb et a assur\u00e9 qu’Isra\u00ebl emp\u00eachait les nuages \u200b\u200bqui arrivent en Iran de produire de la pluie.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

\u00ab\u00a0Les changements climatiques subis par l’Iran suscitent des soup\u00e7ons<\/em>\u00ab\u00a0, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 le g\u00e9n\u00e9ral Gholam Reza Jalali, chef de l’Organisation de d\u00e9fense civile de la R\u00e9publique islamique.<\/p>\n

Jalali a expos\u00e9 son accusation lors d’une conf\u00e9rence de presse au cours de laquelle il a assur\u00e9\u00a0 \u00ab\u00a0On soup\u00e7onne que l’intervention ext\u00e9rieure a \u00e0 voir avec le changement climatique que nous subissons<\/em>\u00ab\u00a0. Jalali a insist\u00e9 \u00e0 plusieurs reprises au cours de son discours sur le fait que ses propos \u00e9taient bas\u00e9s sur des \u00e9tudes scientifiques men\u00e9es en Iran.<\/p>\n

\u00ab\u00a0Isra\u00ebl et un autre pays de la r\u00e9gion poss\u00e8det des groupes de travail conjoints qui agissent pour contr\u00f4ler que les nuages \u200b\u200bqui p\u00e9n\u00e8trent dans le ciel iranien ne puissent pas produire de pluie. Dans le m\u00eame temps, nous sommes \u00e9galement confront\u00e9s au ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne du vol de nuages \u200b\u200bet de neige.<\/em> \u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n

Jalali a expliqu\u00e9 que, selon l’\u00e9tude scientifique sur laquelle il se basait, il avait neig\u00e9 \u00e0 une altitude de 2 200 m\u00e8tres dans toute la zone montagneuse situ\u00e9e entre l’Afghanistan et la M\u00e9diterran\u00e9e, \u00e0 l’exclusion de l’Iran.<\/p>\n

Le chef du Service m\u00e9t\u00e9orologique d’Iran, Ahad Vazife a fait preuve de scepticisme au sujet des remarques et affirm\u00e9 que le G\u00e9n\u00e9ral Jalali avait en sa possession \u00ab\u00a0probablement des documents que je ne connais pas, mais sur la base des connaissances m\u00e9t\u00e9orologiques, il est impossible pour un pays de voler la neige ou des nuages\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>.<\/p>\n
