A wave of Iranian missile fire overnight Wednesday left four people dead across multiple locations, as attacks struck both central Israel and a Palestinian Authority-controlled town near Hebron.

Among the dead was a Thai national working in agriculture in Moshav Adanim in central Israel. Emergency responders said the impact scattered shrapnel across a wide area, leaving the victim with severe injuries at the scene. Magen David Adom medic Idan Shina said debris was spread throughout the area where the victim was found and pronounced dead.

In a separate strike, three women from the same family were killed in the town of Beit Awwa, southwest of Hebron, when a missile hit a small outbuilding where they had been gathered. The structure, described as a makeshift hair salon, sustained a direct hit, with footage from the scene showing its roof torn apart by the blast.

The Palestinian Authority identified the victims as Amal Masalmeh, Shahra Masalmeh, and Mais Ghazi Masalmeh. Their deaths mark the first reported Palestinian fatalities in the current round of Iranian missile attacks.

At least eight other people were wounded in the same barrage.

Some of the missiles are believed to have carried cluster munitions, contributing to multiple impact sites across a wide geographic area and causing extensive property damage even where no casualties were reported.

In Tel Aviv, an 80-year-old man was treated for smoke inhalation after shrapnel struck his apartment building. In the Arab town of Jaljulia, a home sustained heavy damage, though no injuries were reported.

The latest fatalities follow another deadly strike the previous night in Ramat Gan, where Ilana and Yaron Moshe, both in their 70s, were killed. The couple was found outside their bomb shelter, suggesting they were unable to reach safety before the missile struck.

As the missile barrages continue, the strikes are hitting civilians across multiple communities with no distinction, underscoring the indiscriminate nature of Iran’s attacks and the growing human toll of the conflict.
