Gracias a la ciencia y el uso de la tecnolog\u00eda, los agricultores l\u00e1cteos locales han logrado que las vacas de Israel sean las m\u00e1s productivas del mundo<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Hace d\u00e9cadas productores de leche israel\u00edes enfrentaron un dilema \u00bfc\u00f3mo pod\u00edan proporcionar leche a una poblaci\u00f3n en r\u00e1pido crecimiento en un pa\u00eds cuyo territorio es dos tercios de desierto, con poca tierra de pastoreo?<\/p>\n

Se volcaron hacia la tecnolog\u00eda con un desarrollo de equipos que impuls\u00f3 la producci\u00f3n, desde los sistemas a medidores de leche y datos biom\u00e9tricos de refrigeraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Las reglas de la ciencia hoy en d\u00eda permitieron trabajar con la salud, la producci\u00f3n, la gen\u00e9tica y la fertilidad de las vacas, que son monitoreadas de cerca por los sistemas de gesti\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

En los kibutzim de todo el pa\u00eds, se alinean a las vacas por docenas para ingresarlas en espacios de clima controlado, en espera de las \u00faltimas innovaciones en el orde\u00f1o robotizado que elevan la eficiencia.<\/p>\n

Esto ha puesto a la tecnolog\u00eda agr\u00edcola del pa\u00eds, y a las empresas que prestan ella, en la demanda de todo el mundo.<\/p>\n

En los Estados Unidos, por ejemplo, la producci\u00f3n de leche se ha incrementado en casi un 50% desde 1970, a pesar de que el n\u00famero de vacas se ha reducido en un 25%.<\/p>\n

Los pa\u00edses en desarrollo, particularmente en Asia, quieren mejorar sus industrias lecheras obsoletas y est\u00e1n buscando a Israel para que los abastezca de su tecnolog\u00eda y experiencia.<\/p>\n

En Vietnam, un grupo de empresas israel\u00edes encabezados por el desarrollador de sistemas Afimilk est\u00e1 construyendo una granja de 200 millones de d\u00f3lares, que permitir\u00e1 abastecer de productos l\u00e1cteos a casi la mitad de la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n
