Este porcentaje es en la actualidad de 47.5.<\/p>\n<p>El<strong> salario m\u00ednimo<\/strong> en Israel no es \u00fanico, este depende de la edad del trabajador:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Adultos mayores de 18 a\u00f1os: \u20aa23.12 por hora, \u20aa4300 por mes.<br \/>\n\u2022 J\u00f3venes de 18 a\u00f1os: \u20aa20.63 por hora, \u20aa3569 por mes.<br \/>\n\u2022 J\u00f3venes 17 a\u00f1os: \u20aa18.64 por hora, \u20aa3225 por mes.<br \/>\n\u2022 J\u00f3venes de 16 a\u00f1os o menores: \u20aa17.40 por hora, \u20aa3010 por mes.<br \/>\n\u2022 Estudiantes practicantes: \u20aa14.91 por hora, \u20aa2580 por mes.<\/p>\n<p>El gobierno de Israel asigna a los discapacitados un \u201c\u00edndice de capacidad laboral\u201d que a la vez determina el porcentaje del <strong>salario m\u00ednimo<\/strong> que pueden recibir por su trabajo. Si se sobrepasa este l\u00edmite de tiempo las horas trabajadas ser\u00e1n adicionales.<\/p>\n<p>El <strong>salario m\u00ednimo<\/strong> en los trabajos de tiempo parcial, ya sea por hora o por d\u00edas, debe calcularse de acuerdo con los mismos datos anteriores en la proporci\u00f3n que corresponda.<\/p>\n<p>Si el empleado se ausenta de su trabajo, la reducci\u00f3n en el salario debe ser \u00fanicamente de acuerdo con el n\u00famero de horas o de d\u00edas en los que estuvo ausente. No habr\u00e1 ninguna reducci\u00f3n cuando la ausencia es por las vacaciones que le corresponde a cada trabajador al a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p>Los empleados de tiempo completo que hayan trabajado al menos un a\u00f1o entero en el mismo lugar o empresa, son merecedores del \u201cpago por convalecencia\u201d que en la actualidad corresponde a \u20aa374 por d\u00eda. Por el primer a\u00f1o el trabajador tiene derecho a 5 d\u00edas, entre el segundo y tercer a\u00f1o le corresponden 6 d\u00edas, entre el cuarto y d\u00e9cimo a\u00f1o 7 d\u00edas.<\/p>\n<p>El empleador est\u00e1 obligado a pagar el salario cada mes y lo debe hacer a m\u00e1s tardar en el noveno d\u00eda del mes siguiente.
