Israel al rescate… \u00a1otra vez! Una compa\u00f1\u00eda israel\u00ed ha desarrollado una soluci\u00f3n que ayudar\u00e1 a la humanidad a dar un gran paso hacia la erradicaci\u00f3n del hambre mundial.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Una compa\u00f1\u00eda israel\u00ed puede haber desarrollado otra soluci\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gica<\/a> que ayudar\u00e1 a combatir el hambre en el mundo, informa el diario\u00a0Times of Israel<\/em><\/a>.<\/p>\n

Pimi<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> \u00a0Agro, una empresa que desarrolla soluciones ecol\u00f3gicas para el tratamiento pre y post-cosecha de frutas y verduras, ha inventado un m\u00e9todo que aumenta su longevidad. El uso de per\u00f3xido de hidr\u00f3geno \u00abcon algunas adiciones importantes,\u00bb mantienen frescas las\u00a0frutas y verduras hasta 10 semanas.<\/p>\n

En las regiones del mundo donde el transporte es un problema y los productos frescos no est\u00e1n disponibles, la vida \u00fatil es todo. Esta soluci\u00f3n prolonga la vida \u00fatil de la asombrosa cifra de 1.500 por ciento.<\/p>\n

Los datos muestran que entre un tercio y la mitad de todos los alimentos que se cultivan hoy en d\u00eda se han deteriorado. Nimrod Ben-Yehuda, CTO y co-fundador de Pimi, dijo a TOI:<\/em> \u00a0\u00abPara lugares como la India, China y \u00c1frica, esto es enorme, sobre todo debido a que los sistemas de transporte en esas \u00e1reas son lentos y la refrigeraci\u00f3n es dif\u00edcil de encontrar\u00bb.<\/p>\n

Esta soluci\u00f3n innovadora no fue\u00a0f\u00e1cil de conseguir. Junto con investigadores del Technion<\/a> y de\u00a0la Universidad Hebrea<\/a>, Pimi Agro<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> desarroll\u00f3 la f\u00f3rmula de preservaci\u00f3n, que se basa en el 99,4% de per\u00f3xido de hidr\u00f3geno estabilizado (STHP). La f\u00f3rmula se disuelve en el ox\u00edgeno y el agua, sin dejar residuos qu\u00edmicos.<\/p>\n

La soluci\u00f3n de\u00a0Pimi<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>\u00a0Agro permite la supresi\u00f3n de los brotes de infecci\u00f3n y<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>\u00a0controla las enfermedades relacionadas con el almacenamiento causadas por hongos, levaduras, mohos, virus y bacterias.<\/p>\n

\u00abNo son necesariamente org\u00e1nicos, pero son mucho m\u00e1s saludables que los productos ordinarios, adem\u00e1s de tener una vida \u00fatil mucho m\u00e1s larga, ya que los agricultores pueden reducir de manera significativa en el uso de fungicidas\u00bb, dijoBen-Yehuda a\u00a0TOI<\/em> .<\/p>\n
