El presidente de Egipto, Abdel Fattah general al-Sisi ha propuesto\u00a0una soluci\u00f3n nueva y sorprendente para la resoluci\u00f3n del conflicto palestino-israel\u00ed: Establecer un Estado palestino en el Sina\u00ed.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Seg\u00fan informes, el presidente egipcio, el general Abdel Fattah al-Sisi ha propuesto al l\u00edder de la Autoridad (PA), Mahmoud Abbas, extender la Franja de Gaza en la zona del Sina\u00ed y establecer un estado palestino all\u00ed.<\/p>\n

Seg\u00fan el plan, Egipto proporcionar\u00eda un \u00e1rea de 1.600 kil\u00f3metros cuadrados en la pen\u00ednsula del Sina\u00ed, cerca de la Franja de Gaza, lo que supone ser\u00a0cinco veces el\u00a0tama\u00f1o de la Franja, donde se establecer\u00eda un Estado palestino bajo el control total de la Autoridad Palestina. Los refugiados palestinos ir\u00edan a ese estado, que ser\u00eda desmilitarizado.<\/p>\n

Adem\u00e1s del nuevo estado al sur de Gaza, no habr\u00eda autonom\u00eda palestina plena en ciudades administradas\u00a0de\u00a0Judea y Samaria. A cambio, Abbas podr\u00eda renunciar a la demanda palestina de un retorno a las fronteras del 67<\/a> .<\/p>\n

Seg\u00fan la Radio del IDF, Al-Sisi dijo a Abbas que si \u00e9l no toma esta oferta, el l\u00edder\u00a0que le suceda la aceptar\u00e1, pero Abbas no estaba convencido y rechaz\u00f3 la propuesta. La Radio del IDF informa, adem\u00e1s, que los estadounidenses tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1n a favor\u00a0y han dado luz verde al plan.<\/p>\n

Seg\u00fan informes, el primer ministro Benjamin Netanyahu fue informado del programa, pero de acuerdo a un investigaci\u00f3n preliminar no ha confirmado ni desmentido la propuesta, as\u00ed como tampoco ha dado su opini\u00f3n al respecto.<\/p>\n

El periodista de la radio se\u00f1al\u00f3 que un programa similar hab\u00eda sido sugerido por los acad\u00e9micos israel\u00edes en el pasado, as\u00ed como por el ex jefe del Consejo de Seguridad Nacional Giora Eiland. Eiland afirm\u00f3 en su momento que el \u00e1rea de Gaza es demasiado peque\u00f1a para llevar ah\u00ed\u00a0a m\u00e1s de un mill\u00f3n de habitantes y por lo tanto se debe aumentar a expensas del Sina\u00ed. Sin embargo, cuando esta idea se present\u00f3 hace unos a\u00f1os, Egipto rechaz\u00f3 de plano.<\/p>\n

Las respuestas a la propuesta egipcia<\/h2>\n

En respuesta a la oferta de Egipto, el Miembro de la Knesset Yaakov Perry dijo que la generosidad de al-Sisi fue sorprendente, pero que hab\u00eda muchas cuestiones pendientes. \u00abTodav\u00eda no tiene suficientes detalles, por ejemplo, sobre el estado de Judea y Samaria y Jerusalem. Debemos abordar la oferta en serio, aunque\u00a0Abu Mazen (Abbas) la haya rechazado.<\/p>\n

El Ministro de Transporte Yisrael Katz dio la bienvenida a la propuesta de al-Sisi, que elogi\u00f3 como \u00abincre\u00edble oferta del presidente egipcio.\u00bb<\/p>\n

\u00abEste es el fin de los d\u00edas. Los estadounidenses est\u00e1n a favor [de la propuesta]. Egipto y la Autoridad Palestina niegan\u00a0el Informe<\/h2>\n

El Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores de Egipto niega que al-Sisi haya hecho\u00a0tal oferta a la Autoridad Palestina, informa\u00a0i24<\/em>.<\/p>\n

La oficina de Abbas niega igualmente el informe. El Secretario General de la Autoridad Palestina, Al-Tayyib Abd Al-Rahim dijo a la agencia de noticias palestina\u00a0Ma’an<\/em>\u00a0que el informe fue \u00abfabricado\u00bb. Agreg\u00f3 que Abbas no aceptar\u00e1 ninguna alternativa a un Estado palestino que no se sit\u00fae en las l\u00edneas de 1.949 y con Jerusalen oriental como su capital.<\/p>\n
