El Ministerio de Transporte de Israel dio su aprobaci\u00f3n para que el primer autob\u00fas aut\u00f3nomo piloto del pa\u00eds opere en una v\u00eda p\u00fablica a lo largo de una ruta urbana regular.<\/span><\/p>\n

El ministerio autoriz\u00f3 a Imagry, una empresa de software de conducci\u00f3n aut\u00f3noma con sede en Haifa, a comenzar a probar un autob\u00fas aut\u00f3nomo en v\u00edas p\u00fablicas en la ciudad norte\u00f1a de Nahariya.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cIsrael est\u00e1 a la vanguardia del desarrollo mundial en tecnolog\u00edas de veh\u00edculos y transporte\u201d, dijo la ministra de Transporte, Miri Regev.<\/span><\/p>\n

En asociaci\u00f3n con el operador de transporte p\u00fablico Nativ Express, el autob\u00fas el\u00e9ctrico recorrer\u00e1 una ruta de ocho kil\u00f3metros que comenzar\u00e1 y finalizar\u00e1 en el centro comercial Nahariya y pasar\u00e1 por las zonas m\u00e1s concurridas de la ciudad.<\/span><\/p>\n

El test incluye probar el autob\u00fas en diversas condiciones de carretera, visibilidad y climatolog\u00eda y evaluar su respuesta a peatones, otros veh\u00edculos, rotondas y eventos imprevistos en la carretera.<\/span><\/p>\n

Adem\u00e1s, el motor el\u00e9ctrico del autob\u00fas le permite recorrer hasta 200 kil\u00f3metros con una sola carga. El autob\u00fas aut\u00f3nomo, con capacidad para 32 pasajeros, est\u00e1 equipado con una rampa el\u00e9ctrica para ayudar a los usuarios de sillas de ruedas.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cLa prueba del primer autob\u00fas aut\u00f3nomo en una v\u00eda p\u00fablica marca un avance hist\u00f3rico que sit\u00faa a Israel a la vanguardia mundial del transporte inteligente y seguro. Los avances israel\u00edes no solo mejoran la experiencia de viaje, sino que forman una infraestructura para reducir la congesti\u00f3n del tr\u00e1fico y aumentar la seguridad vial\u201d, afirm\u00f3 Dror Bin, director ejecutivo de la Autoridad de Innovaci\u00f3n de Israel.<\/span><\/p>\n
