La tasa de alergias al man\u00ed en Israel es aproximadamente el 10% de la de Estados Unidos, y los investigadores de todo el mundo est\u00e1n mirando a Israel en busca de una clave para prevenir esta peligrosa condici\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n

Esta intuici\u00f3n se ha confirmado con una nueva investigaci\u00f3n que indica que los ni\u00f1os que comen Bamba tienen un 75% menos de posibilidades de experimentar una reacci\u00f3n adversa a los cacahuetes.<\/span><\/p>\n

Un estudio publicado en el New England Journal of Medicine involucr\u00f3 a investigadores brit\u00e1nicos y estadounidenses que siguieron a ni\u00f1os jud\u00edos a partir de 2008 para ver si Bamba reduc\u00eda las alergias al man\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n

Los sujetos del estudio fueron 640 beb\u00e9s de entre 4 y 11 meses que mostraban tendencia a desarrollar determinadas alergias y la mitad de los cuales ya eran al\u00e9rgicos al cacahuete.<\/span><\/p>\n

Los grupos se dividieron adem\u00e1s en categor\u00edas de aquellos que comieron Bamba regularmente antes de los 5 a\u00f1os y aquellos que no lo hicieron.<\/span><\/p>\n

La Dra. Elee Shimshoni, que escribi\u00f3 sobre el estudio para Little, Big Science, explic\u00f3 que a los ni\u00f1os israel\u00edes a menudo se les da Bamba a una edad temprana porque \u00abse derrite en la boca\u00bb.<\/span><\/p>\n

Despu\u00e9s de varios a\u00f1os, los investigadores descubrieron que s\u00f3lo el 10% de los ni\u00f1os que comieron Bamba desarrollaron alergia al man\u00ed, en comparaci\u00f3n con el 35% de los que no comieron Bamba.<\/span><\/p>\n
