Despu\u00e9s de nueve meses de guerra, gran parte de la red de t\u00faneles de Ham\u00e1s todav\u00eda se encuentra en un \u201cbuen estado funcional\u201d en muchas partes de Gaza, y el grupo terrorista todav\u00eda tiene la capacidad de organizar incursiones cerca de la frontera con Israel, report\u00f3 el Canal 12.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Los t\u00faneles de Ham\u00e1s est\u00e1n en buen estado en los campos de refugiados del centro de Gaza, la mayor parte de Rafah en el sur y Shejaiya en el norte, seg\u00fan las noticias del Canal 12, que cit\u00f3 lo que dijo era una evaluaci\u00f3n escrita recientemente por las FDI.<\/p>\n

En Khan Younis, en el sur de la Franja, muchos t\u00faneles que fueron atacados por las FDI han sido reparados, al igual que las f\u00e1bricas de la zona que producen hormig\u00f3n para construir los t\u00faneles, seg\u00fan el informe.<\/p>\n

Aunque las FDI se han centrado en enfrentar a Ham\u00e1s en Rafah en las \u00faltimas semanas, los t\u00faneles funcionales en el \u00e1rea permiten a los agentes terroristas acercarse a la frontera israel\u00ed, y s\u00f3lo unas pocas rutas han sido destruidas en el Corredor Filadelfi, a lo largo de la frontera entre Gaza y Egipto.<\/p>\n

El informe se\u00f1ala que las FDI siguen muy centradas en abordar la red de t\u00faneles de Ham\u00e1s y la est\u00e1n destruyendo gradualmente, incluso cerca de la frontera.<\/p>\n

Sin embargo, el informe dice que los jefes de los equipos de defensa civil de las comunidades a lo largo de la frontera que han le\u00eddo el documento est\u00e1n preocupados por sus hallazgos y quieren que el trabajo de neutralizaci\u00f3n de los t\u00faneles sea una primera prioridad.<\/p>\n

Los escuadrones de defensa civil estuvieron entre los primeros en responder a la masacre de Ham\u00e1s del 7 de octubre, y muchos lucharon durante horas para defender solos a sus comunidades antes de que las fuerzas de seguridad pudieran reaccionar.<\/p>\n

No obstante, el informe se\u00f1ala que los jefes militares, \u201cdados los logros hasta la fecha\u201d en la guerra, todav\u00eda dicen que si se puede negociar un acuerdo con Ham\u00e1s, \u201ces correcto detenerse ahora para recuperar a los rehenes\u201d.<\/p>\n

Desde que lanzaron una ofensiva terrestre tras la masacre del 7 de octubre, las fuerzas israel\u00edes han trabajado para destruir los t\u00faneles, descubriendo cada vez m\u00e1s t\u00faneles de Ham\u00e1s.<\/p>\n

Altos funcionarios de defensa israel\u00edes evaluaron en enero que la red de t\u00faneles de Ham\u00e1s en Gaza ten\u00eda entre 563 y 724 km de largo, una cifra asombrosa dado que el enclave tiene s\u00f3lo unas 140 millas cuadradas de tama\u00f1o total.<\/p>\n
