Las recurrentes presentaciones de Sud\u00e1frica a la Corte solicitando medidas provisionales que le nieguen a Israel su leg\u00edtimo derecho a proteger a sus ciudadanos frente a organizaciones terroristas asesinas, son escandalosas y deber\u00edan preocupar a todos los pa\u00edses que procuran proteger a sus ciudadanos. Las acciones de Sud\u00e1frica constituyen una explotaci\u00f3n c\u00ednica de la Corte y perjudican su prestigio.<\/strong><\/p>\n

La delegaci\u00f3n israel\u00ed ante la Corte Internacional de Justicia en La Haya concluy\u00f3 la presentaci\u00f3n de sus argumentos ante el panel de jueces.<\/p>\n

La audiencia, con la participaci\u00f3n de la delegaci\u00f3n encabezada por el Fiscal General Adjunto, Dr. Gilad Noam y la Asesora Legal interina del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores, la asesora Tamar Kaplan-Turgeman, fue programada por la Corte con una muy breve antelaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Los representantes de la delegaci\u00f3n israel\u00ed destacaron las afirmaciones distorsionadas de Sud\u00e1frica, que tergiversan la realidad, ignoran a la organizaci\u00f3n terrorista Ham\u00e1s que contin\u00faa atacando a Irael y reteniendo a 132 secuestrados, y presentan a la Corte una falsa imagen en lo concerniente a la situaci\u00f3n sobre el terreno.<\/p>\n

Las recurrentes presentaciones de Sud\u00e1frica a la Corte solicitando medidas provisionales que le nieguen a Israel su leg\u00edtimo derecho a proteger a sus ciudadanos frente a organizaciones terroristas asesina, son escandalosas y deber\u00edan preocupar a todos los pa\u00edses que procuran proteger a sus ciudadanos. Los representantes de Israel tambi\u00e9n hicieron hincapi\u00e9 en el compromiso de todo el sistema israel\u00ed para la transferencia de ayuda humanitaria a los civiles en la Franja de Gaza, y los esfuerzos de Israel, incluso con cooperaci\u00f3n internacional, para el ingreso de ayuda humanitaria a la Franja de Gaza por tierra, aire y mar, incluida la apertura por parte de Estados Unidos de un muelle flotante temporal.<\/p>\n

El Dr. Gilad Noam, expres\u00f3: \u201cSud\u00e1frica no est\u00e1 interesada en la verdad, el derecho o la justicia. Esta misma semana ha recibido a una delegaci\u00f3n de miembros jer\u00e1rquicos de Ham\u00e1s. No ubo menci\u00f3n alguna sobre el retorno de los secuestrados o el cese de la explotaci\u00f3n c\u00ednica de hospitals e instalaciones de la ONU por parte de Ham\u00e1s. En cambio, parecen haber continuado la coordinaci\u00f3n estrecha entre ambas partes, en su campa\u00f1a orquestada en contra de Israel\u201d.<\/p>\n

Por su parte, Tamar Kaplan-Turgeman, se\u00f1al\u00f3: \u201cAceptar los argumentos de Sud\u00e1frica le dar\u00eda a Ham\u00e1s una luz verde para recuperar su control sobre la Franja de Gaza y repetir las atrocidades del 7 de octubre una y otra vez, como el mismo Ham\u00e1s se ha comprometido a hacer. Ello constituir\u00eda una sentencia de muerte para los secuestrados. \u00bfQu\u00e9 significa esto para las mujeres israel\u00edes secuestradas?\u201d.<\/p>\n
