La paz y la tolerancia son temas centrales en el plan de estudios marroqu\u00ed y se promueven en los libros de texto en m\u00faltiples grados y materias, seg\u00fan un nuevo informe.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cLos estudiantes aprenden sobre la resoluci\u00f3n pr\u00e1ctica de conflictos, y las escrituras isl\u00e1micas se utilizan para resaltar la tolerancia religiosa y la pacificaci\u00f3n\u201d, afirma un resumen del documento.<\/span><\/p>\n

El informe tambi\u00e9n encontr\u00f3 que la comunidad jud\u00eda de Marruecos es tratada con simpat\u00eda y respeto en los libros de texto. La comunidad jud\u00eda est\u00e1 representada como una \u201cparte inseparable de Marruecos\u201d y se destacan los esfuerzos del gobierno \u201cpara preservar la herencia jud\u00eda\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n

Marcus Sheff, director ejecutivo del Instituto para el Monitoreo de la Paz y la Tolerancia Cultural en la Educaci\u00f3n Escolar (IMPACT-se), dijo: \u201cEstamos impresionados por este abrazo \u00fanico hacia los jud\u00edos y el juda\u00edsmo en el plan de estudios reformado de la escuela marroqu\u00ed, un proyecto del Rey Mohammed VI.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cEl afecto a trav\u00e9s del cual se representan la comunidad jud\u00eda de Marruecos y sus costumbres, as\u00ed como las vidas de los jud\u00edos marroqu\u00edes individuales, es conmovedor. Somos bienvenidos en los hogares de la comunidad jud\u00eda a trav\u00e9s de los libros de texto y aprendemos que los jud\u00edos est\u00e1n entrelazados con el tejido nacional y cultural de Marruecos\u201d, agreg\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n

Entre las representaciones positivas se encuentran un ni\u00f1o jud\u00edo que recibe a sus amigos musulmanes para la cena de Shabat; una familia jud\u00eda que recibe invitados para Mimouna, un festival celebrado por jud\u00edos marroqu\u00edes en la noche y el d\u00eda despu\u00e9s de la Pascua; un texto de sexto grado que presenta a Bayt Dakira (\u201cla Casa de la Memoria\u201d), un museo del patrimonio jud\u00edo ubicado en Essaouira, una ciudad de Marruecos conocida hasta la d\u00e9cada de 1960 como Mogador; y un libro de texto \u00e1rabe de cuarto grado que ense\u00f1a sobre la importancia de la m\u00fasica marroqu\u00ed jud\u00eda en la tradici\u00f3n musical marroqu\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n

El informe evalu\u00f3 127 libros de texto publicados por el Ministerio de Educaci\u00f3n entre 2013 y 2022. Fue elaborado por IMPACT-se, un instituto de investigaci\u00f3n y pol\u00edtica que analiza los planes de estudios en todo el mundo, en colaboraci\u00f3n con la Fundaci\u00f3n Jeffrey M. Talpins y su presidente, Oren Eisner.<\/span><\/p>\n

Eisner dijo: \u201cNos gustar\u00eda agradecer a todo el equipo de IMPACT-se por su trabajo innovador en el plan de estudios marroqu\u00ed.
