La Fuerza A\u00e9rea de EE. UU. est\u00e1 estacionando temporalmente seis aviones de combate en Israel, seg\u00fan confirm\u00f3 el lunes la Fuerza A\u00e9rea de Israel.<\/span><\/p>\n

Los seis aviones F-15 llegaron a la Base A\u00e9rea de Nevatim cerca de Beersheva el pasado lunes y participar\u00e1n en ejercicios con la Fuerza A\u00e9rea de Israel simulando ataques en territorio enemigo, seg\u00fan la IAF.<\/span><\/p>\n

En los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, la Fuerza A\u00e9rea de EE. UU. ha pasado de estacionar sus aviones en bases estadounidenses en todo el mundo a, dispersarlos en bases en pa\u00edses aliados.<\/span><\/p>\n

En enero de 2021, durante los \u00faltimos d\u00edas de su presidencia, el presidente de los Estados Unidos, Donald Trump, transfiri\u00f3 a Israel del \u00e1rea de responsabilidad del Comando Europeo de los Estados Unidos (EUCOM) al Comando Central (CENTCOM). La medida ten\u00eda la intenci\u00f3n de optimizar la cooperaci\u00f3n militar entre Estados Unidos e Israel y alentar la colaboraci\u00f3n israel\u00ed y \u00e1rabe contra Ir\u00e1n.<\/span><\/p>\n

Las mayores amenazas de Israel (Ir\u00e1n, las actividades de Hezbol\u00e1 en Siria y el L\u00edbano y los hut\u00edes en Yemen) se encuentran en el \u00e1rea de responsabilidad del CENTCOM.<\/span><\/p>\n

Eso ha llevado a una serie de simulacros navales y ejercicios de la fuerza a\u00e9rea que involucran a los EE. UU., Israel, sus socios de los acuerdos de Abraham y otros pa\u00edses.<\/span><\/p>\n

Durante una visita a la sede de CENTCOM en Florida en noviembre, el Jefe de Estado Mayor saliente de las FDI, el Teniente General. Aviv Kochavi dijo que \u201cla actividad conjunta con CENTCOM se expandir\u00e1 significativamente en un futuro cercano\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n

Las negociaciones para que Estados Unidos regrese al acuerdo nuclear con Ir\u00e1n se desvanecieron en medio de meses de protestas antigubernamentales generalizadas dentro de Ir\u00e1n, y con Teher\u00e1n proporcionando drones para el esfuerzo de guerra de Rusia en Ucrania.<\/span><\/p>\n
