El pleno de la Knesset acaba de finalizar su \u00faltima reuni\u00f3n de este periodo de sesiones esta ma\u00f1ana tras un debate de varias horas, donde se vot\u00f3 favorablemente la ley de disoluci\u00f3n de la Knesset (Parlamento de Israel). Las elecciones, el pr\u00f3ximo 1 de noviembre.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

La ley israel\u00ed estipula que el primer ministro suplente, Yair Lapid, se convertir\u00e1 oficialmente en primer ministro a la medianoche al final del d\u00eda de la dispersi\u00f3n de la Knesset (es decir, a las 12 de la noche). As\u00ed que despu\u00e9s de que la Knesset se haya disuelto, Yair Lapid se convertir\u00e1 en el 14 \u00ba Primer Ministro de Israel.<\/p>\n

Anoche, junto con los retrasos en el proceso legislativo, el primer ministro Naftali Bennett anunci\u00f3 que no se presentar\u00eda a las pr\u00f3ximas elecciones, lo que desat\u00f3 una tormenta pol\u00edtica ya que ahora se espera que la ministra del Interior, Ayelet Shaked, tome las riendas del partido.<\/p>\n

Las elecciones se celebrar\u00e1n el 1 de noviembre. Yair Lapid, por tanto, se asegura ser primer ministro por lo menos los pr\u00f3ximos seis meses.<\/p>\n
