\u201cIsrael considera a Ham\u00e1s como .el responsable directo por el bienestar de los civiles israel\u00edes que mantiene, en contra del derecho internacional. Se trata de dos personas con discapacidades psicosociales cuyo cautiverio tan prolongado, es tanto cruel como inexplicable. Ham\u00e1s tambi\u00e9n tiene los cuerpos de dos soldados de las Fuerzas de Defensa de Israel (FDI), Hadar Goldin y Oron Shaul, de Bendita Memoria, cometiendo un atropello tanto a la moralidad b\u00e1sica como al derecho internacional\u201d.<\/p>\n

\u201cLas actividades de Ham\u00e1s son una prueba de que es una organizaci\u00f3n terrorista vil que mantiene como reh\u00e9n a la poblaci\u00f3n de Gaza, que est\u00e1 pagando el precio por sus acciones\u201d.<\/p>\n

\u201cSolicito a la comunidad internacional, incluida la Organizaci\u00f3n Mundial de la Salud, la Cruz Roja Internacional y a las organizaciones que trabajan con personas con discapacidades psicosociales, que condenen a Ham\u00e1s por su comportamiento inhumano y le exijan que act\u00fae conforme al derecho internacional y libere a los civiles y a los cuerpos que mantiene en su poder\u201d.<\/p>\n
