Los datos de la Oficina Central de Estad\u00edsticas de Israel arrojaron que a\u00fan no se pudo retornar al n\u00famero de jud\u00edos anterior a la Sho\u00e1.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

De acuerdo con datos oficiales hasta finales de 2020, la poblaci\u00f3n jud\u00eda mundial era de 15,2 millones de personas. Y el n\u00famero de habitantes jud\u00edos en Israel, para fines de 2021, era de 165.000.<\/p>\n

A inicios de la segunda guerra mundial en 1939, los jud\u00edos totalizaban 16,6 millones, de los cuales 449.000 (solo el 3%) viv\u00edan en lo que hoy es Israel. Y en 1948, en v\u00edsperas a la creaci\u00f3n del Estado de Israel, la poblaci\u00f3n jud\u00eda mundial era de 11,5 millones, de los cuales 650.000 (6%) viv\u00edan en el flamante estado.<\/p>\n

De esos 15,2 millones actuales, 6,9 millones de jud\u00edos viven en Israel, seis millones viven en Estados Unidos, 445.000 en Francia y 393.000 en Canad\u00e1. A su vez, 292.000 est\u00e1n en el Reino Unido, 175.000 en Argentina, 150.000 en Rusia, 118.000 en Alemania y 118.000 en Australia.<\/p>\n

Por \u00faltimo, los jud\u00edos que habitan en Israel por continente de origen son los siguientes. De ellos, 5,4 millones nacieron en Israel y 1,5 millones en el extranjero. Del segundo grupo, un mill\u00f3n naci\u00f3 en Europa o en Am\u00e9rica, 284.400 en \u00c1frica y 153.700 en Asia.<\/p>\n
