Con todo respeto en este tiempo cuando se hace memoria a los h\u00e9roes, militares o civiles, ca\u00eddos por Israel el sentimiento de tristeza y dolor se siente con mayor intensidad.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

En la memoria de las personas de buen coraz\u00f3n siempre quedar\u00e1 la cicatriz del dolor por todos aquellos que, en alguna manera, dieron sus vidas por Israel. Las guerras y los actos terroristas han dejado un rastro de sangre y muerte que nunca podremos olvidar. Las Fuerzas de Defensa de Israel luchan cada d\u00eda para preservar la memoria hist\u00f3rica de cuantos murieron en combate, o por los mencionados actos terroristas, contra los enemigos de la vida.<\/p>\n

La obligaci\u00f3n moral de recordar cada a\u00f1o a los ca\u00eddos por Israel en Yom HaZikaron nos hace m\u00e1s fuertes y conscientes de la importancia que le damos a la vida. El honrar a los ca\u00eddos nos levanta para con firmeza defender la vida de cuantos nos acompa\u00f1an en nuestra cotidiana existencia. La vida ciertamente es ef\u00edmera, pero la memoria la hace eterna. El recordar a los que perdieron la mencionada vida nos hace proyectar la fe de nuestros antepasados de generaci\u00f3n en generaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

La indiscutible importancia de hacer memoria por los ca\u00eddos nos hace a la vez estar conscientes de hacer justicia a aquellos que se atrevieron cobardemente a segar el don divino de la existencia. El no olvidamos y no perdonamos est\u00e1n tambi\u00e9n vinculados eternamente con la vida. El no olvidar es un precepto que no podemos quebrantar. Cada vez que resuena en nuestros o\u00eddos Yom HaZikaron sabemos que estamos llamados a recordar, honrar y hacer memoria de aquellos que dieron sus vidas por salvar las nuestras.<\/p>\n

Aquellos que vilmente fueron asesinados no fueron voluntariamente a la muerte. El ansia de morir para ser m\u00e1rtir de un incierto para\u00edso no forma parte de la identidad y la idiosincrasia jud\u00eda. Los jud\u00edos no deseamos la muerte en todo caso es la muerte quien nos desea a nosotros. Los jud\u00edos amamos la vida con todas nuestras fuerzas y nos aferramos a ella con valor y santa devoci\u00f3n, aun en medio de toda circunstancia por muy dif\u00edcil que sea. La vida es el mayor reto que tenemos, aunque estuvi\u00e9ramos en un \u201cvalle de sombra y muerte\u201d y la memoria que siempre nos acompa\u00f1a forma parte inseparable de la anhelada vida.<\/p>\n

Cada vez que hacemos memoria de nuestros h\u00e9roes ca\u00eddos hacemos que se levanten m\u00e1s h\u00e9roes dispuestos a luchar por la vida. La verdadera lucha por la vida es la mayor generosidad que podemos dejar por herencia a las generaciones venideras. El ejemplo de aquellos que no olvidan a los que dieron su vida por Israel son nuestra mayor motivaci\u00f3n para seguir viviendo y para seguir defendiendo la vida de cuantos nos rodean. Los ca\u00eddos por Israel son los que nos hacen levantar para vivir con esperanza y valor. Bendita sea su memoria eternamente.<\/p>\n<\/a>
