Con motivo de la fiesta de Pesaj, la Pascua jud\u00eda, la f\u00e1brica Matzot Aviv de Bnei Brak, en el centro de Israel, ha horneado la matz\u00e1 m\u00e1s grande del mundo.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Con un peso de 6 kilos, la enorme matz\u00e1 med\u00eda casi 6 metros de largo, 1,06 metros de ancho y 4 mil\u00edmetros de grosor.<\/p>\n

La receta de la matz\u00e1 que bati\u00f3 el r\u00e9cord inclu\u00eda 7 kilos de harina y dos litros de agua. Ten\u00eda un total de 119.000 agujeros en su superficie.<\/p>\n

La panader\u00eda Matzot Aviv fue fundada en 1887 por la familia Wolf en Neve Tzedek, y vende \u00abmatzot\u00bb, galletas y otros productos de panader\u00eda a m\u00e1s de 30 pa\u00edses de todo el mundo.<\/p>\n<\/a>
