Las Fuerzas de Defensa de Israel (FDI) respondieron a la decisi\u00f3n de la Corte Penal Internacional (CPI), en la que se atribuye jurisdicci\u00f3n sobre los territorios de Cisjordania (Judea y Samaria) y Gaza.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

El dictamen de los jueces (dos contra uno) de la CPI allana el camino para que la fiscal general del tribunal, Fatou Bensouda, concrete su intenci\u00f3n de abrir una investigaci\u00f3n contra Israel por presuntos \u201ccr\u00edmenes de guerra\u201d.<\/p>\n

\u201cLas FDI y el jefe del Estado Mayor lamentan la decisi\u00f3n de la Corte Penal Internacional (CPI)\u201d, se\u00f1ala el portavoz militar en un comunicado. \u201cLa posici\u00f3n del Estado de Israel es que esta es una decisi\u00f3n parcial y prejuiciosa que va m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de la jurisdicci\u00f3n de la CPI\u201d.<\/p>\n

\u201cLas FDI han defendido con determinaci\u00f3n, y continuar\u00e1n defendiendo, la seguridad de Israel y sus ciudadanos, frente a todas las amenazas, mientras se adhieren plenamente al C\u00f3digo de \u00c9tica de las FDI, los valores de las FDI y el derecho nacional e internacional\u201d, a\u00f1ade el texto.<\/p>\n
