El domingo se descubri\u00f3 un nuevo pozo en el Monte del Templo. El descubrimiento gener\u00f3 mucho entusiasmo ante las perspectivas de su importancia hist\u00f3rica.<\/span><\/p>\n

El agujero grande est\u00e1 ubicado en el lado sur del Monte del Templo, cerca del muro sur.<\/span><\/p>\n

La Polic\u00eda de Israel actualiz\u00f3 a la Autoridad de Antig\u00fcedades de Israel (IAA) sobre el hallazgo para que pueda investigar los hallazgos dentro del pozo y el motivo de su apertura.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cLos hallazgos en el Monte del Templo reflejan 3.000 a\u00f1os de actividad jud\u00eda en el lugar, y cada hoyo excavado en el lugar puede arrojar luz sobre miles de a\u00f1os de historia jud\u00eda. Ya sea una cisterna de los d\u00edas de Herodes, o la apertura de una cueva de los d\u00edas del rey Salom\u00f3n, cuevas de escape que construy\u00f3 al pie de la monta\u00f1a, entre otras cosas para esconder el Arca de la Alianza durante un ataque hostil\u00bb.<\/span><\/p>\n
