El primer ministro, Benjam\u00edn Netanyahu, anunci\u00f3 que Israel se aliar\u00e1 con los Emiratos \u00c1rabes Unidos (EAU) en la lucha contra la enfermedad COVID-19.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cLos Ministerios de Salud de Emiratos \u00c1rabes Unidos e Israel anunciar\u00e1n inminentemente la cooperaci\u00f3n en la lucha contra el coronavirus. Esta cooperaci\u00f3n se expresar\u00e1 en investigaci\u00f3n y desarrollo, y tecnolog\u00eda en \u00e1reas que mejorar\u00e1n la seguridad de salud en toda la regi\u00f3n\u201d, afirm\u00f3 Netanyahu al pronunciar un discurso en la ceremonia de graduaci\u00f3n de pilotos de la Fuerza A\u00e9rea.<\/p>\n

El primer ministro destac\u00f3 que el acuerdo es \u201cel resultado de contactos extensivos e intensivos en los \u00faltimos meses y traer\u00e1 una bendici\u00f3n para muchos en la regi\u00f3n\u201d.<\/p>\n

Seg\u00fan el Canal 12 de la televisi\u00f3n, el director del Mossad, Yossi Cohen, fue un actor clave en el logro del acuerdo, que podr\u00eda incluir la apertura de misiones en ambos pa\u00edses. Tambi\u00e9n se indica que el plan es comenzar a con la lucha contra el virus y potencialmente expandir la cooperaci\u00f3n hacia otras \u00e1reas.<\/p>\n
