La Autoridad de Antig\u00fcedades de Israel acaba de anunciar un impresionante hallazgo que puede ser considerado un \u00abRegalo de Januc\u00e1\u00bb.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Se trata de una peque\u00f1a vasija de arcilla que conten\u00eda siete monedas de oro del per\u00edodo isl\u00e1mico temprano de la regi\u00f3n. El hallazgo se hizo en el sitio de construcci\u00f3n de un nuevo vecindario de Tel Yavne donde, debido a su importancia arqueol\u00f3gica, la Autoridad de Antig\u00fcedades estableci\u00f3 una excavaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

El sitio muestra haber sido un importante centro industrial en la \u00e9poca, que permaneci\u00f3 activo durante varios cientos de a\u00f1os. El hallazgo de lo que pudiera haber sido la alcanc\u00eda con los ahorros de un alfarero ocurri\u00f3 repentinamente y por su importancia llam\u00f3 la atenci\u00f3n de los especialistas, Liat Nadav-Zit, Dr. Elie Haddad y Marc Molkondov, quienes fueron de los primeros en registrarlo y celebrarlo.<\/p>\n

Las monedas de oro fueron datadas para el siglo ix EC. Junto a estas se encontr\u00f3 tambi\u00e9n un dinar perteneciente a la dinast\u00eda del califa Haroun A-Rashid que inspir\u00f3 los cuentos de \u00abLas mil y una noches\u00bb entre 786 y 809 EC. Estas monedas son muy raras de encontrar en Israel y al haber aparecido durante la celebraci\u00f3n de Januc\u00e1 los expertos las han considerado como un verdadero \u00abJanuc\u00e1 Gelt\u00bb o regalo de Januc\u00e1.<\/p>\n

En otra \u00e1rea de la misma zona de excavaci\u00f3n fue descubierto un complejo de producci\u00f3n comercial de vino que data del per\u00edodo persa, siglos IV y V AEC.<\/p>\n

La zona de la excavaci\u00f3n, al sureste de Tel Yavne, ha mostrado haber sido un gran establecimiento industrial de finales del per\u00edodo bizantino y principios del per\u00edodo isl\u00e1mico, entre los siglos VII y IX EC.<\/p>\n<\/a>
