El a\u00f1o 2019 fue muy exitoso para la industria del turismo israel\u00ed, que estableci\u00f3 un nuevo r\u00e9cord para el turismo entrante y vio un aumento del 11% en las llegadas de turistas durante 2018.<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Seg\u00fan cifras oficiales, alrededor de 4.55 millones de turistas visitaron Israel en 2019, inyectando alrededor de NIS 20 mil millones en la econom\u00eda israel\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n

El n\u00famero de estancias tur\u00edsticas en Jerusalem aument\u00f3 en un 8% en 2019, y en un 9% en Tel Aviv y un 18% en Tiber\u00edades.<\/span><\/p>\n

El ministro de Turismo, Yariv Levin, declar\u00f3 que \u00abeste logro hist\u00f3rico es un resultado directo de la revoluci\u00f3n en curso en la comercializaci\u00f3n de Israel en todo el mundo\u00bb.<\/span><\/p>\n

El Ministerio de Turismo ha lanzado campa\u00f1as en China, India y Europa para <\/span>alentar el turismo desde nuevos destinos<\/span><\/a>, ha invertido en el desarrollo de infraestructura y ha ofrecido incentivos para que las aerol\u00edneas internacionales abran nuevas rutas al pa\u00eds.<\/span><\/p>\n

El Director General del Ministerio de Turismo, Amir Halevi, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que \u00abeste es el tercer a\u00f1o consecutivo en que hemos batido el r\u00e9cord de turismo entrante a Israel\u00bb, aumentando dram\u00e1ticamente las visitas tur\u00edsticas de dos a cuatro y medio millones de entradas anuales.<\/span><\/p>\n

Los principales pa\u00edses de origen para <\/span>el turismo entrante fueron los Estados Unidos, Francia, Rusia<\/span> , Alemania, Gran Breta\u00f1a, Italia, Polonia, China, Ucrania y Rumania.<\/span><\/p>\n

Alrededor del 54 por ciento de los turistas dijeron que sus puntos de vista sobre Israel cambiaron para mejor despu\u00e9s de visitar el pa\u00eds, y el 93 por ciento calific\u00f3 su experiencia de buena a excelente, seg\u00fan el Informe Anual de Turismo Inbound 2018 del Ministerio de Turismo de Israel publicado en julio de 2019.<\/span><\/p>\n

M\u00e1s de la mitad, el 55 por ciento, de los turistas que visitaron Israel en 2018 eran cristianos, poco m\u00e1s de una cuarta parte eran jud\u00edos y aproximadamente el 2.4 por ciento eran musulmanes.<\/span><\/p>\n

Los sitios mejor mantenidos en Israel seg\u00fan la encuesta fueron el puerto de Tel Aviv, Masada y el Museo de Arte de Tel Aviv.<\/span><\/p>\n
