Este oficial del Ej\u00e9rcito de Defensa de Israel es nuestro h\u00e9roe del d\u00eda: La ida de un ni\u00f1o de 11 a\u00f1os de la Franja de Gaza pudo ser salvada ayer gracias al ingenio del oficial de la Administraci\u00f3n Civil, Penta Akalo, en el Cruce de Allenby.<\/em> <\/strong><\/p>\n

El ni\u00f1o, que regresaba de recibir atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica en Jordania, lleg\u00f3 al Cruce de Allenby en su camino a su casa en la Franja de Gaza, cuando el oficial vino a acompa\u00f1arlo en el cruce.<\/p>\n

En ese momento, Akalu not\u00f3 que la condici\u00f3n del ni\u00f1o estaba empeorando y llam\u00f3 a uno de los usuario de la terminal para que le brindara asistencia m\u00e9dica de manera inmediata. Despu\u00e9s de examinar al ni\u00f1o, el m\u00e9dico estim\u00f3 que el ni\u00f1o no sobrevivir\u00eda al viaje a la Franja de Gaza sin la ayuda de ox\u00edgeno y, por lo tanto, le proporcion\u00f3 un globo de ox\u00edgeno para realizar el viaje hasta el cruce de Erez.<\/p>\n

Adem\u00e1s del globo de ox\u00edgeno, Akalo contact\u00f3 con el Director de Coordinaci\u00f3n y Enlace de Gaza, con el objetivo de que los servicios de emergencia de la Franja de Gaza esperaran al ni\u00f1o en para llevarle m\u00e1s globos de ox\u00edgeno en su camino al hospital en la Franja de Gaza.<\/p>\n
