El portavoz de las Fuerzas de Defensa de Israel public\u00f3 nuevos datos sobre la reciente escalada de violencia frente a la Franja de Gaza, despu\u00e9s de que el ej\u00e9rcito abatiera a uno de los comandantes de la Yihad Isl\u00e1mica Palestina.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Seg\u00fan precis\u00f3 el portavoz castrense, alrededor de 190 cohetes fueron disparados desde la Franja de Gaza hacia Israel desde horas de la ma\u00f1ana.<\/p>\n

El ej\u00e9rcito israel\u00ed enfatiz\u00f3 que el porcentaje de intercepci\u00f3n del sistema C\u00fapula de Hierro es de m\u00e1s del 90%, tomando en cuenta los procedimientos e indicaciones est\u00e1ndar del sistema.<\/p>\n

Por ejemplo, el mecanismo de defensa antia\u00e9rea no intercepta cohetes que van a caer en terrenos bald\u00edos y que no ponen en peligro a la poblaci\u00f3n civil. Los datos del ej\u00e9rcito israel\u00ed indicaron que m\u00e1s del 50% de los cohetes cay\u00f3 en \u00e1reas abiertas.<\/p>\n

El ej\u00e9rcito israel\u00ed actualiz\u00f3 durante el d\u00eda sobre diversos ataques que llev\u00f3 a cabo en Gaza en respuesta al lanzamiento de cohetes. En al menos tres ocasiones operativos de la Yihad Isl\u00e1mica Palestina fueron neutralizados por las Fuerzas de Defensa de Israel mientras se preparaban para lanzar cohetes desde Gaza.<\/p>\n

Adem\u00e1s, el ej\u00e9rcito israel\u00ed atac\u00f3 varios objetivos de la Yihad Isl\u00e1mica en Gaza, incluyendo un campo de entrenamientos del comando naval del movimiento terrorista y la apertura de un t\u00fanel subterr\u00e1neo.<\/p>\n
