El ex jefe de la Inteligencia Militar, general retirado Aharon Zeevi-Farkash, estim\u00f3 que Ir\u00e1n intentar\u00e1 atacar blancos militares y estrat\u00e9gicos israel\u00edes, bajo el tel\u00f3n de fondo de la advertencia del jefe del Estado Mayor, teniente general Aviv Kochavi, sobre la posibilidad de que la situaci\u00f3n de seguridad derive pr\u00f3ximamente en una guerra.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Durante una entrevista ofrecida al Canal Kan 11 de la televisi\u00f3n estatal, Zeevi-Farkash apunt\u00f3 que un ataque contra Israel podr\u00eda provenir desde los distintos frentes: Siria, Irak, las Alturas del Gol\u00e1n por parte de Hezbollah y la Franja de Gaza por parte de la Jihad Isl\u00e1mica.<\/p>\n

Zeevi-Farkash se refiri\u00f3 espec\u00edficamente a la influencia de la retirada norteamericana de Estados Unidos del norte de Siria desde el punto de vista de Israel<\/p>\n

\u201cEl temor es que no hay aqu\u00ed una potencia que pueda ejercer una influencia significativa frente a Ir\u00e1n\u201d. El ex jefe de la Inteligencia Militar de las Fuerzas de Defensa de Israel (FDI) indic\u00f3 que aparentemente hay un aviso espec\u00edfico que est\u00e1 detr\u00e1s de la advertencia de Kochavi.<\/p>\n

El jueves, el jefe del Estado Mayor advirti\u00f3 que el deterioro de la situaci\u00f3n podr\u00eda devenir en una guerra pr\u00f3ximamente debido a los cambios dram\u00e1ticos en el Oriente Medio.<\/p>\n

\u201cEn los frentes norte y sur la situaci\u00f3n es tensa y fr\u00e1gil, y podr\u00edan deteriorarse hasta desencadenar un enfrentamiento; a pesar del hecho de que nuestros enemigos no est\u00e1n interesados en una guerra\u201d, apunt\u00f3 el comandante de las FDI. \u201cIsrael enfrenta hoy en d\u00eda m\u00faltiples frentes y un gran n\u00famero de enemigos, simult\u00e1neamente\u201d.<\/p>\n

Kochavi identific\u00f3 la amenaza principal en el norte: \u00abEl desaf\u00edo estrat\u00e9gico central para el Estado de Israel se encuentra en la arena del norte. En el foco: el afianzamiento de las fuerzas iran\u00edes y otros en Siria, y el proyecto de misiles de precisi\u00f3n.
