Rivlin encargar\u00eda este martes a Gantz intentar formar gobierno<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Casi al finalizar los 28 d\u00edas que el Presidente Reuven Rivlin le otorg\u00f3 para formar gobierno, de acuerdo a lo estipulado por la ley, el Primer Ministro Biniamin Netanyahu devolvi\u00f3 este lunes el mandato, se\u00f1alando que no logr\u00f3 armar la coalici\u00f3n. Con ello se abri\u00f3 la puerta a la segunda opci\u00f3n que se estima se concretar\u00e1 este martes por la noche: que el Presidente Rivlin entregue el mandato al jefe de la oposici\u00f3n Beni Gantz para darle a \u00e9l la oportunidad de intentar formar gobierno.<\/p>\n

Pero primero, el Director General de Beit HaNas\u00ed Harel Tub\u00ed se dirigir\u00e1 a los representantes de todos los partidos electos a la Kneset la mayor\u00eda de los cuales recomend\u00f3 a Netanyahu para encabezar el pr\u00f3ximo gobierno-para informarles que en la situaci\u00f3n creada, se dar\u00e1 el mandato a Gantz, quien tambi\u00e9n recibir\u00e1 28 d\u00edas para intentarlo.<\/p>\n

Tal como se supon\u00eda, Netanyahu escribi\u00f3 en las redes sociales en las que inform\u00f3 sobre la devoluci\u00f3n del mandato, que la responsabilidad por la situaci\u00f3n actual es de Gantz sobre quien dijo que \u201ces prisionero de Liberman y Lapid\u201d, en referencia al ex ministro de su gabinete Avigdor Liberman que rehus\u00f3 sumarse a su coalici\u00f3n tras las elecciones de abril y recalc\u00f3 que debe haber un gobierno de unidad nacional, y a Yair Lapid, n\u00famero 2 en el partido Kajol Lavan encabezado por Gantz.<\/p>\n

\u00abHa terminado el tiempo de los trucos y ahora es tiempo de acci\u00f3n\u00bb, declar\u00f3 el partido de Beni Gantz. \u00abKajol Lavan est\u00e1 decidido a formar un gobierno liberal de unidad, encabezado por Beni Gantz, por quien el pueblo de Israel vot\u00f3 hace un mes\u00bb.<\/p>\n

Netayahu ya aclar\u00f3 que si Gantz \u201cse ve tentado\u201d a formar un gobierno de unidad nacional con los partidos \u00e1rabes \u201cyo estar\u00e9 al frente de la oposici\u00f3n y actuar\u00e9 para derribar al gobierno\u201d.<\/p>\n

El Primer Ministro asegura que \u201cen las \u00faltimas semanas actu\u00e9 sin cesar, abierta y discretamente, para formar un amplio gobierno de unidad nacional, que es lo que quiere el pueblo y lo que Israel necesita\u201d. Agreg\u00f3 que \u201chice todo los esfuerzos para traer a Gantz a la mesa de negociaciones pero lamentablemente \u00e9l rehus\u00f3 venir, se neg\u00f3 a reunirse conmigo y luego a enviar a su equipo negociador\u201d.<\/p>\n

La verdad es un tanto distinta. Netanyahu no intent\u00f3 formar un gobierno de unidad nacional en el sentido aut\u00e9ntico de la palabra, sino que Gantz se sume al bloque de derecha que \u00e9l ya hab\u00eda formado. Adem\u00e1s, se mantuvo en su postura exigiendo que \u00e9l sea el primero en una rotaci\u00f3n al frente de la jefatura de gobierno, lo cual contradice los planteamientos de Gantz a lo largo de toda la campa\u00f1a, por las sospechas de corrupci\u00f3n en su contra. Se estima que ello se debi\u00f3 precisamente al deseo de estar en el poder en el momento que se decida si se le imputa, dado que por ley, el Primer Ministro no tiene obligaci\u00f3n de dimitir por ello sino s\u00f3lo si se le declara culpable, mientras que siendo \u00fanicamente ministro, s\u00ed tendr\u00eda que renunciar.<\/p>\n
