Este S\u00e1bado por la noche, 10 de Agosto de 2019, observaremos el ayuno de Tish\u2019a beAb, hasta el domingo 11 de Agosto por la noche (ver\u00a0aqu\u00ed<\/a>\u00a0los horarios de Tish\u2019a beAb para las principales ciudades del mundo).\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

El ayuno de Tish\u2019\u00e1 beAb debe ser observado por todas las personas que est\u00e1n en buen estado de salud. Hay algunas excepciones, como se explicar\u00e1 a continuaci\u00f3n,\u00a0casi todas relacionadas con temas de salud.<\/p>\n

MUJERES EMBARAZADAS o LACTANTES<\/p>\n

Normalmente las mujeres embarazadas o madres que dan de mamar, ayunan en Tish\u2019\u00e1 beAb.\u00a0Pero este a\u00f1o, que Tish\u2019\u00e1 beAb cae un s\u00e1bado y se pospone para el s\u00e1bado por la noche y domingo, de acuerdo al Rab Obadia Yosef z\u00bbl, las mujeres embarazadas y las mujeres que dan de mamar est\u00e1n\u00a0exentas\u00a0del ayuno (Yabia\u2019 Omer, 5:40 ). Ahora bien, si una mujer embarazada o lactante quiere ayunar para participar del ayuno con el resto de la comunidad , deber\u00eda hacerlo s\u00f3lo hasta Jatsot haYom (el domingo al mediod\u00eda).\u00a0De m\u00e1s est\u00e1 decir, que en este caso, una mujer embarazada o lactante deber\u00e1 interrumpir su ayuno si no se siente bien.<\/p>\n

De acuerdo al rabino Eliezer Melamed, para los que siguen la costumbre Ashkenaz\u00ed, si bien normalmente las mujeres embarazadas y lactantes ayunan el 9 de Ab\u2013y cuando sienten mareos o n\u00e1useas o debilidad deben reposar y esperar a que esos s\u00edntomas desaparezcan por s\u00ed mismos antes de romper el ayuno,\u2013este a\u00f1o que Tish\u00e1 beAb se posterga las mujeres embarazadas o lactantes deben\u00a0intentar\u00a0ayunar, y deberan interrumpir el ayuno si sienten debilidad, mareos, nauseas, o cualquier otro signo de malestar o deshidrataci\u00f3n (Penin\u00e9 Halaj\u00e1, Zemanin, 212).<\/p>\n

JOLE SHEEN BO SAKANA<\/p>\n

Las personas con una enfermedad cr\u00f3nica como diabetes, o pacientes en tratamiento o con fiebre alta, no observan el ayuno del 9 de Ab.<\/p>\n

ANCIANOS<\/p>\n

Las personas mayores de edad deben consultar con sus m\u00e9dicos para asegurarse de que el ayuno no afectar\u00e1 su salud. Si el ayuno puede afectar su salud,\u00a0est\u00e1n exentos de (o les est\u00e1 prohibido) ayunar.<\/p>\n

CUANDO UNO NECESITA COMER EN TISHA BEAB<\/p>\n

En Yom Kipur, cuando se le permite a uno comer por razones de salud, se debe ingerir el alimento en peque\u00f1as porciones. Tish\u2019\u00e1 beAb es diferente porque no es una conmemoraci\u00f3n B\u00edblica. Por lo tanto, cuando a uno se le permite comer durante Tish\u2019\u00e1 beAb por razones de salud, puede comer normalmente. No obstante,\u00a0cuando uno come en Tish\u2019a beAb por razones de salud no debe comer alimentos exquisitos o en exceso, sino solamente lo que sea necesario para sentirse bien.<\/p>\n

HABDALA ANTES DE COMER<\/p>\n

Los Jajamim establecieron que est\u00e1 prohibido comer una vez que termina el Shabbat, antes de que hagamos Habdal\u00e1. Este a\u00f1o, como ya hemos explicado, tendremos la ceremonia de Habdal\u00e1 reci\u00e9n el domingo 11 de Agosto por la noche, una vez que el ayuno termin\u00f3. Ahora bien, \u00bfqu\u00e9 pasa si uno necesita comer en Tish\u2019\u00e1 beAb por razones de salud?\u00a0Si uno tiene que comer en Tish\u2019\u00e1 beAb deber\u00e1 recitar previamente la Habdal\u00e1 con una copa de vino o jugo de uva antes de comer. Se recitar\u00e1n s\u00f3lo dos Berajot: haGuefen y haMabdil.<\/p>\n

MENORES DE 13 A\u00d1OS<\/p>\n

Seg\u00fan el rabino Eliezer Melamed, en muchas comunidades Askenaz\u00edes los ni\u00f1os ayunan por algunas horas durante Tish\u2019\u00e1 beAb, una vez que tienen nueve a\u00f1os de edad.<\/p>\n

Seg\u00fan el rabino Obadia Yosef la costumbre Sefarad\u00ed es que los ni\u00f1os menores de trece a\u00f1os y las ni\u00f1as menores de doce a\u00f1os est\u00e1n totalmente exentos del ayuno. A diferencia de Yom Kipur, no hay necesidad de que los ni\u00f1os ayunen durante unas horas.
