Un palestino de la aldea Dir Qadis que trabajaba en limpieza en una escuela israel\u00ed, ha sido formalmente acusado de violaci\u00f3n en condiciones agravantes, secuestro y agresi\u00f3n de una ni\u00f1a de 7 a\u00f1os, alumna en la instituci\u00f3n en la que estaba empleado.<\/em> <\/strong><\/p>\n

La polic\u00eda confirm\u00f3 que los cargos fueron presentados formalmente este lunes. Al parecer esto ocurri\u00f3 en uno de los asentamientos en la zona de Biniamin.<\/p>\n

Seg\u00fan la acusaci\u00f3n presentada, el individuo le ofreci\u00f3 caramelos a la ni\u00f1a y la invit\u00f3 a ir con \u00e9l, y cuando ella se neg\u00f3, la llev\u00f3 por la fuerza a una casa donde sus amigos le ayudaron a violarla sosteni\u00e9ndola para que no pueda escapar.<\/p>\n

Seg\u00fan medios israel\u00edes, la familia de la ni\u00f1a no present\u00f3 la denuncia a la polic\u00eda en forma inmediata, lo cual complica ahora la investigaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

El elemento central en el caso es el testimonio contundente de la ni\u00f1a, que tambi\u00e9n reconoci\u00f3 a su agresor, as\u00ed como a la casa a la cual la llev\u00f3 por la fuerza. La ni\u00f1a dijo que otros dos\u00a0 o tres hombres los esperaban all\u00ed.<\/p>\n

El acusado desmiente los cargos en su contra pero fall\u00f3 en la prueba de Poligraf, la cual indic\u00f3 que estaba mintiendo.<\/p>\n

El caso, que estremece a Israel, ha vuelto a colocar en la discusi\u00f3n p\u00fablica el tema de la pena de muerte a terroristas exigida por el ex Ministro de Defensa Avigdor Liberman. Aunque a\u00fan no se ha iniciado el juicio y por ende tampoco hay una determinaci\u00f3n definitiva de los jueces, Liberman est\u00e1 convencido que \u201cesto no fue pedofilia sino terrorismo neto\u201d.<\/p>\n

\u201dEste es uno de los casos m\u00e1s graves sobre los que o\u00ed en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os. Fue un atentado contra una ni\u00f1a indefensa\u201d, dijo Liberman. \u201cEs uno de los casos en los que yo no dudar\u00eda y exigir\u00eda al tribunal sentenciar a pena de muerte al despreciable terrorista. Es una pena que el Primer Ministro Netanyahu contin\u00faa torpedeando la pena de muerte a los terroristas, a pesar de su compromiso p\u00fablico al respecto\u201d.<\/p>\n

Formalmente, no se pueda afirmar a\u00fan si el crimen est\u00e1 relacionado al hecho que la ni\u00f1a era jud\u00eda e israel\u00ed.<\/p>\n

Por ahora, parecer\u00eda que la polic\u00eda tiende a creer que la motivaci\u00f3n fue criminal, a diferencia de la alternativa \u201cnacionalista\u201d, el t\u00e9rmino que suele usarse para hacer referencia a atentados terroristas.<\/p>\n<\/a>
