El Comit\u00e9 Central de Elecciones acept\u00f3 el mi\u00e9rcoles por la noche la petici\u00f3n presentada contra el partido pol\u00edtico \u00e1rabe Ra’am-Balad y le prohibi\u00f3 participar en las elecciones.<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

El partido pol\u00edtico \u00e1rabe Ra’am-Balad y su \u00fanico miembro jud\u00edo, el Dr. Ofer Kassif, tuvieron prohibido participar en las elecciones de 2019 en Israel.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ra’am-Balad fue descalificado en una votaci\u00f3n de 17 a 10, y la candidatura de Kasif fue descalificada en una votaci\u00f3n de 15 a 10.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ra’am-Balad y Kassif fueron acusados \u200b\u200bde negar la naturaleza jud\u00eda de Israel, una causa por la que no pueden postularse para la Knesset.<\/span><\/p>\n

Varios de los miembros de Ra’am-Balad han <\/span>actuado contra Israel<\/span><\/a>, mientras que Kassif ha comparado el estado jud\u00edo con el Tercer Reich.<\/span><\/p>\n

El presidente de Yisrael Beiteinu, Avigdor Liberman, cuya partido present\u00f3 la petici\u00f3n para descalificar a Kassif, declar\u00f3 que \u00abquienquiera que diga que el jefe de personal de las FDI es un criminal de guerra y que el Estado de Israel est\u00e1 llevando a cabo una limpieza \u00e9tnica en la Franja de Gaza no podr\u00e1 sentarse en la Knesset. Deber\u00eda sentarse con los otros <\/span>partidarios del terrorismo<\/span><\/a> en el parlamento de Hamas en la Franja de Gaza o en el Majlis iran\u00ed en Teher\u00e1n\u00bb.<\/span><\/p>\n

A\u00f1adi\u00f3 que espera que el Tribunal Superior de Justicia no contradiga la decisi\u00f3n del Comit\u00e9 Central Electoral.<\/span><\/p>\n

En los \u00faltimos 20 a\u00f1os, el Comit\u00e9 Central Electoral vot\u00f3 repetidamente a favor de prohibir los partidos \u00e1rabes m\u00e1s radicales, pero su decisi\u00f3n fue cancelada por el Tribunal Superior de Justicia. Tambi\u00e9n se espera que ocurra algo similar esta vez.<\/span><\/p>\n

Al comienzo del d\u00eda, el Comit\u00e9 Central Electoral vot\u00f3 en contra de la descalificaci\u00f3n del Dr. Michael Ben Ari y de Itamar Ben Gvir, del partido de extrema derecha.<\/span><\/p>\n
